I have worked for several agency's in the past most of them are awful but when i came across "Essential Recruitment" they was brilliant! Shannon found me work within a couple of days it was easy and straight forward. I was always paid on time and paid correctly.

Met their rep Emma at Loughborough job centre having taken time off work for the appointment which was a total waste of time!

She was patronising & rude after I said I'd forgot my passport/i.d, I was unsure whether it was worth continuing the registration as she insisted I'd have to drive to Long Eaton to give them a copy saying it was my fault "you've forgot it!!". I could of simply nipped home & fetched the passport but her attitude was beyond belief with zero customer relation or people skills.

It seemed to me they were merely collecting as many people's details as possible while in Loughborough claiming they have vacancies they probably don't even have just so they have names on their book for future convenience.

Typical 3rd rate recruitment agency no respect or decency towards potential employees who in fact pay their wages & bills!
Thinking all people who are looking for work at an agency are desperate pieces of meat who should do as they are told.
