After being picked up, the check in process was quick and smooth and was even dropped back to my mum’s (I was visiting from US) so this was a very convenient provision for me. We had an amazing experience with Enterprise Swindon! We accidentally booked a manual car instead of automatic and discovered it at the pick up. The manager helped us to find a solution and we were kindly offered a premium car replacement for a very fair upgrade charge! The car was nice and spotless and both pick up and drop off experiences were smooth and professional. We were even given restaurant recommendations since we were going to Cotswolds for a weekend. Fantastically happy with this rental and will come back again 🙂

We rented a Luton Van to move home in October and it’s been nothing but a poor experience. When we went to collect it wasn’t there and was in the garage having a replacement tyre yet we weren’t notified so had to leave and return an hour later.

During the move the van leaked which in turn ruined our sons changing table and soaked our sofa.

Upon returning the van the manager Lewis was extremely apologetic and appeared keen to rectify the situation. Advised me to go away and get the goods assessed and they would cover the costs and we would receive a form of refund for the hire along with a compensation payment.

I have attempted to call and email numerous times and yet to receive a response over two months from the initial rental.

So I am now out of pocket as I had paid for a sofa clean and have replaced my son’s table.

Absolutely shocking experience and obviously do not check their veichles state as this in my opinion is not roadworthy as the van has been poorly sealed with duct tape and sealant. I have now had to escalate the complaint with head office, raise an A75 case with my banking provider to recoup costs. Disgusting respect for customers and appalling service.

What an excellent service. Firstly, the young lady came and picked me up from Mercedes in Swindon. She was on time courteous and helpful.

We got to the office and did all the paperwork. I added the extra insurance, which, in my opinion, is a must. We had a Nissan Qashqai automatic, it was a nice little car, however that night the rear tyre was going down so I put some air in it. We had to go back the next day to add a second driver on. So when I got there I told them about the tyre. They did all they could to arrange a tyre replacement, which is free under the extra insurance.

We couldn't get it done that day, so they put us in a Peugeot 3008. To be honest, I didn't like this car at all, so the next day I took it back and they replaced it with another Nissan Qashqai, which was much better.

We did over 500 miles in that car, and everything was good.

Upon returning the car, everything was completely satisfactory and efficient.

To the manager of this office, I say this, you have two members of staff at least, who go above and beyond to help the customer. I would be proud of them. They both work hard, and it creates a fantastic team.

If and when I need another rental vehicle, I would certainly be using your office and services.

To the customers out there, I recommend that you take out the extra insurance and drive your hire car with peace of mind and confidence.

Amazing staff at Swindon branch. Excellent customer service, nice cars and very clean. Always go above and beyond to get you on the road. Changed car as the one I rented was smaller and they made it so easy for me and the family were just happy. Will definitely go back. Thank you guys

I had to book a car for a week's use at short notice, but this was no trouble at all. The whole process from booking and paying, to handing back and getting my deposit was easy and hassle free. Plus I was upgraded to a new Merc for not much extra, which was nice 🙂

Needed to hire a van to move my girlfriend down to my house . I spoke to Micheal and he answered all my questions. Made it very easy, as never had hired a vehicle before. He was superb! I will definitely be back to Micheal in the future for future rental cars

TERRIBLE SERVICE !

I had a breakdown and I called first thing morning on Monday at 7.30am to get a courtesy car to go to work, and they were very slow and they called me finally around 10.30am. Then I asked them to come and pick me up and they said "We don't have someone pick you up today it has to be tomorrow" it was just 10.30am in the morning...... I had to miss my work because of these terrible service, "they accepted a booking but refused to pick me up on time" the booking was including picking up within 2 hours. Then the next day they came at 1:30pm hahahaha joke at all, I had to get a taxi to go to work, terrible at all. Then when i called them to return the car and drop me back they said "Oh sorry we can not drop you back we are very busy" and they said "We can come collect the car around 5-6pm" hahaha they are unprofessional at all, we had contracted to be returned at 1:30pm and they HAVE TO DROP ME BACK IMMEDIATELY, finally they told me we will charge you £4.70 for fuel difference and then they called me and said we will charge you £10.90.

These people are very unreliable & unprofessional, very slow and very disorganised they don't know what they say, they call you and say different things each time, they want you to follow the contract word by word but they don't want to follow their responsibilities.

BE AWARE PEOPLE - very unreliable and unprofessional people - never using them again!
