Ali was most helpful and ensured we got the size of car we needed with a very large boot for our trip to Edinburgh and all at a good price. He delivered the car to our house the next day and kindly explained all its features etc.

The car, an A6 auto Quatro estate was a pleasant surprise and helped make the holiday even more enjoyable.

Very unprofessional team of people, rude manager who thinks she owns the place! Booked van at 11am for the next day 8am pick up, paid for it, then been called after 6pm and been told that they haven't got a van for me, absolutely useless.

And this is the last van I've rented from them, front bumper smashed with sharp edges, (been told by employee not to worry, it's been like that for months), due to damage, parking sensors don't work either, both indicators on wing mirror smashed, left wing mirror glass shattered, rusty lever from the lift, which sticks and you can't pull it up, also some yellow warning light on the dashboard, after done 90 miles, message popped up, adblue level low, refil to start the engine, all of this, for £250 for 3 days... What an experience! I've been good customer to you, but will never use again, nor recommend to anyone.

Arranged pick up of a car last minute, when I got there the car was not available and the only car they had was £200 more expensive. So I had to wait an additional hour. Although the car I believed I was having was parked outside.
The car they gave me was dirty inside and out.
First trip on the motorway the overinflated tyre blew out while driving, costing me half a day.
When the company said sorry for costing me time with my father in the care home, they said we’ll give you £20 back but right after saying I was half hour late and trying to charge me a full day.
Even though I told them the time I’d return the car, and had no mention of the car being late and fees to be incurred.

This company it seems tries to con you into spending extra

I hired 9 seater van twice between 2 years from here. Total of 7 weeks. Both times used for going europe. Unlimited mileage.
Clean car, very friendly staff. Very professional and polite. Livia ( I thinks correct name) is absolutely great for helping the paperwork for both times. She is great asset for any management.
I really suggest stourbridge enterprise for my colleagues. It's much better staff service compared to other branches
