Renting a car (or van!) from Enterprise in Stockton-on-Tees was a breeze. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They got me set up quickly with the perfect van for my friends house moving, and explained everything clearly.

The van itself was clean, comfortable, and reliable. It handled the roads perfectly, whether I was cruising the A66 or exploring the town center.

We rented a van and a car on many occasions recently to make trips to Leeds after a family bereavement, and Hannah and her team made the process quick and easy and upgraded us twice at no extra cost which was really kind of her. The customer service we received from each member of staff was exceptional from start to finish and we can't recommend this place highly enough. Car was great, no issues wit it all all, 10/10.
Only reduced score due to fact car was supplied with less than quarter tank of fuel so had to delay journey in order to fill it up.
I thought hire cars were always supplied with a full tank and expected to be returned similarly. Maybe things have changed now.

Great experience as always, Booked a van hire over the weekend Fri - Mon really good price. Albin fantastic guy he came and picked me up before the hire of the van. He showed me round the van and explained some of the features. I tell you what if he was in sales I'm sure I would have bought the van. Seriously he's a great guy made the whole experience quick and smooth. The van itself was clean and well looked after it was one of there newer vans and even though I was working and never drove a van as large before I really enjoyed driving it. I ended up not needing the van as long as I thought and dropping it off early was just as smooth then I was dropped back off at home. Another great experience with Stockton Enterprise.

Driver of Enterprise van AK71 YDJ pulled into fast lane of motorway with no indicator at around 13:30 at 28/06/24 could of caused a major crash. Your drivers are horrific everywhere. Be great branding where one of your drivers kills someone. 👍

Hired a Peugeot 5008 for three days to take the grandkids up to Whitley Bay for a holiday - so 7 of us in total. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and the manager, Cameron, was very friendly and helpful. Great car to drive though we were a bit tight for luggage space(although the car is a 7 seater car, if you use all 7 seats, luggage space is tight! ). But because the journey was only about 45 minutes to the place where we were staying, that was not really a problem. Thank you , Enterprise.

I definitely do not recommend. The lack of communication in Enterprise is incredible. Had several issues including one of their drivers nearly running a red light (they would have done so but I told them to stop), they sold the rental car and demanded I returned it straight away, then they wanted the next car back again as they had not communicated with the insurance company or each other to see that my car had still not been fixed. After this was finally sorted, a few weeks later they demanded the car to be returned again as my car was fixed but it was still located in Newcastle, not locally.
