Rented us a van that they knew had a fault with the central locking fuse. This meant we couldn’t open the van to load it, so a complete waste of our time and money. Said I would be refunded at least half of the rental costs, but a month has gone by and still no refund. They are now ignoring all of our messages.

EDIT: having followed the instructions below to contact them, we have still not had a resolution. We have sent six follow up messages and emails and called them twice. Shocking customer service.

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise South Croydon in May 2025. I was quoted a specific price for an extension by phone, which was not honoured, resulting in an overcharge. The branch later admitted the mistake and agreed to refund me — but also informed me I could no longer rent with Enterprise going forward. This response felt punitive and has caused me financial loss, as I rely on rentals to attend important personal obligations. Disappointed with the treatment received despite my attempts to resolve matters amicably

Took a car from South Croydon branch. Staff were a delight to deal with and explained the whole collection and return process, such as what i might be charged for etc. The car was fantastic but left dirty from the previous renter, I got over that once i had it cleaned. A great service and I will be back.

Always have a great time renting vans from this branch. Good quality new vehicles, mine have always run smoothly, and any small pre-existing damage they are aware of and they don't try and charge you for it which is good.

Great team, I always work with a lovely guy called Mo Sy who is very helpful and friendly.

Would highly recommend - reasonable prices too!
