The place is awesome. Got picked up by Lara who was legitimately awesome and probably the most fun I've ever had with a rental person. Straight up hilarious, had a good laugh on the way to the shop. 10/10 would absolutely hang with again. Turning in the car I was helped by Wellington who was also a lot a fun and very helpful. Had some great banter about the cold and was able to turn the car in quickly and with no issues whatsoever. New employee but absolutely smashing.

EDIT: I'd recommend avoiding Enterprise if you book online. I was so thrilled with my first experience that I booked again. I turned the car in early because I found a car to buy, and they refused to refund a difference of over £200 due to "policy". I'm American, and Enterprise does not treat their customers this way in the US. Not refunding a rental because you used it for 10 days less is unthinkable there, but at Enterprise UK it's a normal Tuesday. The people at this specific branch are fantastic, but the UK version of this company does not deserve your business.

We hired a Luton van, paid for in advance, and we turned up at the allotted time. No van was available. The previous customer had not returned it. Thankfully, the manager said she would get us one from a different depot. However, this would take until 4 pm to arrive. It did arrive at the new allotted time. She extended our hire period and also organised a refund for us. We did achieve all we wanted with the van, I am grateful to the manager for her diligence A*

I don't usually leave reviews unless the service is either absolutely terrible or exceptionally amazing - and in this case, Enterprise Bourges Blvd, Peterborough, has knocked it out of the park twice in one month!
The first time, I was helped by David (Assistant Manager), who was fantastic, super helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was so smooth that I thought, "Alright, let's see if this was just a lucky one-off." So, I rented a van again… and guess what? The service was just as amazing!
This time, Joel took care of me, and he was excellent. I ended up renting an electric van (I know, what was I thinking?). Now, let me be clear - I've never driven an electric anything, let alone a van. So, naturally, when things started going sideways (hello, charging stations confusion), I called the Bourges team in a mild panic. Enter Luke, who handled my mini crisis like a pro. When I returned the van, he was just as helpful, making sure everything was sorted, including my newfound battle scars from navigating charging points.
Enterprise Bourges, you've officially earned yourself a loyal customer! I'll be recommending you to anyone who'll listen (and even those who won't). Keep up the amazing service!

Not a pleasant experience. I booked online to pick up a van at 12:00. I had to wait for an hour because it wasn't even there. I was told to park my car 20 minutes away from the rental location. I have rented cars from this company many times but this branch is a total disaster. I finally cancelled the booking and rented from another location where the van was available immediately and there was a parking space.

Rented a Luton with a tail lift. Van was reversed right up against a fence and another van parked very close to it, making it incredibly difficult to inspect for damage to ensure you don’t cop a £2k penalty for any found later.
Staff member wasn’t bothered about damage pointed out, made no recording of said damage stating it was ‘wear and tear’.
Didn’t bother to show me or offer to show me how the tail lift works, simply tried to sell me numerous different covers.
Took the payment then walked off.
Poor service all round and put me off ever renting from them again.

These guys are great - friendly and professional. We received a bigger van than we thought we'd get - which actually ended up saving us about 6 hours of a busy moving day!! It was a brand new 2024 Ford Transit Luton and it drove like a dream. They also offer a free pick up / drop off as they are on a busy road. Would definitely use these guys again for any rental needs!
