My car was written off last Saturday and enterprise was supplied by my insurance company. I received a pick up on 3rd of June. Paperwork was simple and easy and all explained perfectly. I used the car twice which was stunning and handed it back after 4 days. Wellington, working at the ivatt way branch was super helpful and friendly and was very professional. It is my first time using a hire car company and would very much recommend. The staff on the phone were equally helpful when dealing with my queries initially about receiving the car.

Hired a van that unfortunately broke down, but the service to recover me and get me back on the road, post breakdown, were spot on! I would go back to them again.

The breakdown was an unfortunate event that was caused by a faulty part fitted by Ford when the vehicle was built, according to the mobile mechanic that attended the roadside.

I was allowed use of another vehicle for an additional day and they had given me a half full tank of fuel. - definitely took the stress off me.

Got into an accident in hire car from here nearly a week ago, I had work belongings I was unable to retrieve from the car at the time. Have called enterprise several times to try and retrieve these and they claim they don’t know where the car is even tho the rac picked it up and took it to a place of their choice? Very unhelpful holding my important work stuff hostage.

I recently rented a van from Enterprise, and as always, the experience was flawless! The branch manager, Ben, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He’s always so helpful, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and I felt well taken care of. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I’ve rented from this branch several times, and every single time, I’ve had a 10/10 experience. Recently tried to hire a premium car was told they needed a credit card for the deposit which I don’t have so they refused to hire me the car and I had to cancel and get a part refund.
Upon checking the website 🤔
I noticed the last paragraph (see photo)
So I will be pushing for a full refund

Luke was friendly, professional too. Even though I was supposed to get an automatic. And it wasn’t available after waiting for it to be turned end. I was told it need a service. So I agreed to take a manual. Only to find that it was flashing at me, that the key battery was low, and service needed. I was supposed to have car for two days but by time I got the car it was more like a. Day but I paid for two days. When returning the car I explained the situation to Brendon he gave me a discount on the cost of the rental. Over all I was a happy customer, and I will continue using Enterprise. Everyone very helpful.

Enterprise is not serious , the Peterborough branch have not dealt with the rental properly as after using their services through my car insurance back in September 2024 they have billed me and charged twice . After 3 weeks of phone calls through different departments within Enterprise , they’ve confirmed last week it’s been a mistake and ever since I am still awaiting a refund. Dealing with this /their mistake and miscommunication between departments has been very frustrating.

I wouldn’t recommend using them very poor service when dealing with issues, leaving the work on the customer which should not be involved really!!!

I am Disgusted by the service and complaints have been added through, might soon seek for legal advice as their process is very slow.

Therefore , my advice is to Be aware when using the service.
