Excellent Service from Alton Cars, Enterprise, and RAC

I recently had my car repaired by Alton Cars, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The repairs were carried out to a high standard, and my car looks as good as new. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates on the progress of the repairs, which made the experience stress-free.

Enterprise provided a courtesy car while my vehicle was being repaired, and their service was just as smooth and efficient. The handover was quick and hassle-free, and they made sure I had a vehicle that suited my needs.

I’m insured through RAC, and they handled everything seamlessly, making the entire claim process straightforward. Since this was a not-at-fault claim, I appreciated how smoothly everything was managed without any unnecessary complications.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service from all three companies and would highly recommend them.

Poor service at Nothingham West 1 Feb
existing scratches on car was highlighted to customer sevice agent but he says it is fine as it is less than 6 inches and will not be an issue as it is normal wear and tear.
upon returning of car at Enterprise Heathrow airport , we had to submit a damage /claims report ! luckily we have the photos and time taken to proof. Delayed our time at return to get to the airport.

Secondly, there was a change needed on pickup time from 0830 to 0800hrs. Call was made a day earlier to the centre and confirmed that it will be fine to pickup at 0800hrs next day.
On 1 Feb, we were the first to be at centre for pickup at 0800hrs but was not attended to till 0820hrs as he says that our rental pickup is at 0830hrs and attended to others who came later. it seems to have lack of communitication within the staff or system.
Unfortunately, the experience is not good this time with Enterprise

Rented from enterprise over 10 years and every-time I return I realise why I return, the staff at the new branch on Nottingham road Toton are fantastic, picked a lovely new Ford focus up Friday night, flawless pick up , fast and efficient, took to the car by a girl called Chelsea, was welcoming, polite , fantastic customer service, all the staff in store were interested in my plans for the weekend and I mean genuinely interested not just making chit chat. The car itself was spot on, returned the car first thing Monday morning, again served by Chelsea and again perfect service, im so pleased to have this branch so close to my house and look forward to renting again soon, this team is an absolute credit to the enterprise company, well done guys and gals ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
