Very poor experience. A male employee convinced us to rent an electric car, claiming that it could be fully charged in about 20 minutes. He claimed that it was very convenient and the charging stations were easy to find.
But in fact, there aren't many places to charge quickly, and this vehicle doesn't support all charging machines. The biggest problem is that the vehicle can only drive about 100 miles per full charge, and each full charge takes nearly two hours, which extremely delayed our journey. We had bought tickets for some attractions, but we couldn't get there because of charging, causing us to waste our money.
In addition, when we started the car engine, there was only 10% charge remaining. Our first priority was charging, which significantly delayed the trip.
The entire car rental experience felt like being cheated by the employee. The time spent traveling is very valuable and should not be wasted on charging. We planned to rent a car for convenience, but it has become the most inconvenient part.
At this moment, we are still waiting for the car to finish charging; we cannot even eat dinner. I hope you will not rent a car from this dishonest store after reading this comment, and remember not to rent an electric vehicle.

Only if I could give a 6 stars. Nice and friendly staff, a bit overcrowded during weekend but Yousaf was doing his best in collection and return.
I actually left my AirPod in the rent car and front desk helped me with the communication with next renter and secured it back, excellent service for the team and deserve a 5*!
Car is what you can expect, function and cleaned well.

Easily the worst service I have taken in Europe/UK.
Here are my reasons:
1. I proactively reached the venue well in advance to get my docs in place to leave on time and they took 20-25 minutes initially. But this was in vain. When I came back on time to pick my car, I needed to wait another 45 minutes on top.
2. I was given the Wrong Car! I was made to come back to return it and was then given the right car.
3. I asked as a tourist if I should be careful about some charges in London. A mention about congestion charges would be good but of course, they can earn 35 GBP if someone is not aware of this 15 GBP charge and they acted in bad faith rather than educating a customer who does not stay in UK.
4. Last and most importantly, Despite having full authorisation of my card, they failed to debit my account for the fine processing. Now a simple thing to do here is to send an email mentioning the issue. Instead, they forwarded this to a third party (Legal firm) to collect the money.
Please save yourself the time and money and avoid these people and this company. I would happily pay the competitors more rather than use a company’s services that act in bad faith. Disgusting Service.

Worst experience ever and I am still waiting for a refund. I booked a van online. Unloaded my belongings on the roadside as we were moving. My husband went to pick up the van to be told that they cannot release the vehicle because the system says that something is wrong with the address provided.
I had to find a van quickly and they simply could not help us. Appalling place, never again! I've been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks. My husband has gone into the branch today!

At first all seemed well and I even gave a good review of the initial service.
During my rental I had to supply AdBlue to the vehicle and was told I would be reimbursed for this. As the branch was busy I was asked to leave my receipt and payment will be made to me within 10 working days. 12 working days later.....no payment. I called the branch who seemed oblivious and was told I would get a call back. The following day no call so I had to yet again call the branch. I was then told the payment was made the day prior and would again now need to wait up to 10 working days.
A further 2 weeks passes and still no payment! I had to call and be very short and angry with the staff in branch who attempted to brush it off yet again. I was then called back and told the payment had gone through which I received the following day.
Less than a week later I then receive an invoice asking for me to pay the amount of my reimbursement as the branch had processed it incorrectly. So once again back on the phone this time to customer services.
All this just for a 1 day van rental!!! I will not use or recommend Enterprise again....certainly not the Bow branch. Very amateur operation!

Used quite a few of the branches in east London, I will always rent from this one given the continuously amazing service!
They sorted out a car for me at the last minute, over the Christmas period and ensured I was able to extend as and when needed.
Pick up and drop off is always a smooth process.
Many thanks to Tam, Mubs and the other members of staff who always make it a pleasant experience.
