1)Gave a car which didn’t expect and different brand which I don’t want.
2) the car had charging issues itself from the 2nd day, it’s stopped after charge 3-5% than can’t charge again, the AA road service guy came at 9pm and he can’t fix. The call service promise to deliver new car to hotel, it was nothing happened.
3) when I called the branch, they are total helpless , no helps, no solution for customer, no replacement of the car either.
4) I have to cancelled all trip plan just tried charge all day and try to bring car back in London branch as plan in 3rd day, it had totally ruined the trip.
3) the branch committed to refund but no action taken from them and nothing happened so far.
4)I will keep complaining till I got action take from them! Terrible experience for my 1st time rent a car!

My recent experience with this car rental company was highly disappointing due to several significant issues that compromised both safety and comfort.
Firstly, upon collecting the vehicle, there was no adequate lighting available to properly inspect the car before driving. This made it impossible to identify existing damages, leaving me vulnerable to potential charges for pre-existing issues. This is a critical oversight for any rental company and a major safety concern.
Secondly, the car's air conditioning system was not properly regulated. Despite attempts to adjust it, the temperature remained uncomfortable throughout my journey, which was particularly frustrating given the weather conditions. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of the ride.
Finally, it was evident that the vehicle had not been thoroughly inspected or prepared before being handed over to a new user. Beyond the lighting and AC problems, it felt as though basic checks were missed. This lack of pre-rental inspection raises serious questions about the company's commitment to vehicle maintenance and customer readiness.
Overall, the combination of these issues led to a very unsatisfactory rental experience. I would strongly advise the company to address these fundamental problems to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their future customers.

Checked in on-line and arrived at 12 to pick up the car - had to wait an HOUR for a car to even turn up and when it did it was a different car to that booked and was only half full of fuel. The lady serving me was the assistant manager from Warwick and she needs more training…..couldn’t print the contract, needed our departing flight number from the UK even thought I have the right of abode in my passport for 10 years…..just hopeless……will definitely hire from AVIS next time. Now Lisa (owner) has responded to me and given me a web address to further explain my problem - BUT you guessed it the link doesn’t open……..hint Lisa I’m the Australian that rented for 28 days from 17 July at 12 midday…….

Dear Enterprise Customer Service,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had with the Enterprise Leamington branch, which has not only caused significant inconvenience but also ruined my travel plans.

Wrong Vehicle Provided: Upon arrival at the Leamington branch, I was given a completely different vehicle from the one I booked. It was a different brand and model which I clearly did not request or want. No proper explanation or alternative was provided.

Faulty Vehicle & Safety Risk: The vehicle had charging issues starting from the second day. It stopped charging after only reaching 3–5% battery, leaving me stranded. The AA roadside assistance arrived at 9 PM but was unable to fix the issue. I was promised a replacement car would be delivered to my hotel, yet no one followed through—no call, no update, no car.

Unhelpful Branch Staff: When I called the Leamington branch for support, I received absolutely no assistance. The staff offered no solution, no replacement vehicle, and no sense of responsibility.

Disrupted Trip & Inconvenience: I was forced to cancel all my planned activities and spend the entire day attempting to charge the faulty car. On the third day, I returned the vehicle to a London branch as originally planned, but the damage to my trip had already been done.

Empty Promises of Refund: The branch staff initially assured me that a refund would be processed, but to date, nothing has been done. I followed up multiple times. While I received polite responses to my reviews, there has been no actual resolution or refund issued. It has become clear that these responses are only for show.

Unacceptable Service: This was my first time renting a car with Enterprise, and it has been a truly terrible experience. I feel completely let down by both the product and the service. I will continue to escalate this issue until meaningful action is taken.

I am now requesting immediate attention and a full refund for the failed service and ruined experience. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

A very poor experience. I hired a minibus to go to France, I told them this at the time of booking. When I rang the depot a couple of weeks before they knew nothing about me taking the vehicle out of the country, which I needed a special form. The lad at the desk asked how I booked it, through the call centre I said, 'yeah, they're rubbish there' was his response. Didn't install confidence in me.

Then, because we were going on zle Shuttle, we needed the vehicle make and model and reg number, despite repeated attempts to get this information, I only got the morning I picked the vehicle.

When we tried to add this information to our booking we couldnt, it was too late, we had to see the customer services at Folkeston, stress levels were rising!

When we spoke to the customer services, they said because the vehicle was bigger than the generic one that had been used to secure our place, meant we couldnt get on our booked train, and had to get a later train, we also had to reschedule our return trip for the same reason, resulting in missing half a day going on holiday and getting home at 2am instead of 9pm the day before.

I also had to tell them about the European kit your supposed to have when driving in Europe, if they don't supply it, they should have said so, this resulted in us going to a Halfords on our way to the terminal to get the kit.

They have refunded some money, but the service received as stated above was terrible, I would never use them again.

Leamington put me in a car that had warning lights came on only 40 minutes in to the journey .we pulled over on the hard shoulder and then pulled in at the first services.
Rang for help on the service number.
Had tire warning and engine warning.
We found out that the tyre were over inflated to 47 psi in the rear the recommended pressure should be32 psi and the front were similar.
Today I had a letter saying I damaged that car when I had been shown round the car before I drove it away and agreed the dents were already there.
I won’t use them again and I will be talking g to the manager in Leamington and taking the service of lack of it to there VP.
