Wanted a van for a house move, they didn't have a van the day I wanted as they were all out on hire but quickly got a van for me for another day. Can't fault enterprise Kilmarnock AT ALL, James and Hannah gave me such a warm welcome and excellent customer service they both made my first van experience quick and stress free. I absolutely loved the van so much so I didn't want to give it back but I missed my car which they assured me it would be ok to park across the road till I picked the van up a couple of days later as it was worrying me leaving my car away from home however it was fine when I picked it up. I will definitely be back if I ever need to hire a van as the experience was worthy of a lot more than 5 stars! Thanks very much James and Hannah you guys are amazing!!! Kind regards Michael 😁

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Car hire was quick. Car wasn't available so they upgraded me at no extra charge. Car was clean. Deposit fully returned in just over 24 hours. Enterprise called to make sure everything went smoothly. All round 10/10 service. I highly recommend & will be using them again. Outstanding.

Hired car in Newcastle to get us back up to Ayrshire due to breakdown.
Car was not the greatest as everytime I moved into the left lane it would skid. Not ideal. It was a brand new car!
When I returned car to Killie there was no one in the office and no bell that I could see.
Updated staff member to issue. Not an eyelid was batted.
Grateful that there was a car to hire but would've been better if it was safe to drive.

Easy process from booking through to off-hire, staff were very friendly & helpful & fully informed me of the optional extras & services for assistance with breakdown etc. Rates are good, excellent in fact if you're willing to risk foregoing the optional extras for reducing excess etc. Vehicle was exactly as expected, with fuel & in clean/tidy condition. Superb!

I had an accident the day before Christmas eve and my insurance arranged my hire on my behalf. When i arrived at the Kilmarnock branch, every interaction with every member of staff I came into contact with, was amazing. They were incredibly helpful, professional and made me feel at ease during a really stressful time.

Went to book a large van for a day the evening before collection - upon arrival they did not have the key for the vehicle and couldn't give me any timeframe for when it would be available - however they drove it away almost as soon as I left the building? Secondly, they failed to mention the required deposit of £200 prior to my visit and wouldn't accept it from anything other than a credit card "due to verification purposes", and would not accept a debit card. Ended up being sent away without the vehicle, and told I would have the fees sent back to my account.

Very disappointed and the staff were exceptionally unsympathetic about my situation. Originally chose Enterprise due to their cheaper rates compared to Arnold Clark, but at least Arnold Clark gave me a van.

I was involved in a non fault car accident in January 2025. The Manager and staff provided a swift car rental replacement whilst I waited for the insurance settlement. The staff were always helpful and arranged to match a car rental that met my transport needs.
