Writing this review to say a massive thank you to Bruno from Enterprise Huntingdon. It was my first time renting a vehicle, and since it was a large commercial van, it was very daunting leading up to the day. My brother and I rented 2 vans on 28th July for a day to help a friend move house, and Bruno made sure we were properly briefed, making the whole process easy and straightforward, giving us peace of mind whilst driving the vehicle. The return process was even easier, so I recommend people coming here if you're ever thinking of hiring a car!

Booked a medium size van but when arriving I found it was probably too small for what I needed, totally my fault. The lady on reception advised they had a bigger one and kindly upgraded us for a very reasonable fee. Van was perfect. When checking back in the man was very polite and the process in and out was so quick no hanging around. Overall really pleased and will definitely be using enterprise again. Thanks guys 🙂

Local (Huntingdon) team to be highly commended but central admin team not so!

The local staff were very helpful and are to be highly commended. However, the central admin were not so helpful : particularly when I was directed to call a 0845 number, held for 6 minutes only to be told that department could not assist and be charged £7 for the privilege.

The long wheel based van was of however had a great crack in the front screen. We returned the van that evening and brought the key back in the morning. Sensitivity over the fuel gauge which was topped up however still charged 9 quid. Did the job but wouldn't feel best place to hire again.

After being delayed due to not having the vehicle which we booked, we were delivered a van in poor condition, which included none-working side door, broken parking sensors and chipped wind screen. Over 2 months after returning the van, with confirmation made both verbally and evidenced via photographs that the vehicle was returned in the same condition it was received in, Enterprise proceeded to try and force us to pay for the repairs they made to the vehicle months after it was returned.

Shocking to try and defraud customers and highlights the importance of taking thorough photos of the vehicle before driving.

Absolutely shocking, asked if I wanted to pay for additional insurance and I said no. They charged me anyway! Tried to speak to the manager who was totally disinterested and unprofessional. I even had to ask for his name, he would only give me his first name. Said there was nothing he could do but pass it to head office. No follow up offered.
Huntingdon branch just got fancy new offices. Now I know why, they are ripping their clients off. Definitely won’t use them again.

The service received from the staff here was absolutely appalling I had booked a courtesy car as my car needs repairing. I had originally booked to be delivered and I phoned this morning asking if it could be delivered before 4.30 pm. As I finished early I decided to go to Enterprise myself and was there at 3pm and David looked at my booking and said that the car was booked to be picked up. And he said that they needed to pick up the car from somewhere. A lot of people came before me and they were offered a car and now it is 5pm and still have not got a car. David was very evasive about a time. The manager Rhodri was quite rude and asked why I was here and asked why I wanted a car and he said he can wait. Enterprise customer service is shocking and they do not care about their customers. 5pm and still no car. Schocking

I've used Enterprise car hire for over a year as a private renter not a company account, I have always tried to use the same branch to build a rapport with them as a sml business owner myself I find that's the best way in business, huntingdon moved to a new premises a few months ago and it's a lovely state of the art building purposely built for car hire, since moving into the building the customer service has fell through the floor, I used to be able to call up with a issue and get help to resolve them, now I call up and end up with more issues! I have booked a car for collection and when I turned up the branch didn't have a automatic car so gave me a manual car and told me to go back the next day to change it for a automatic transmission, when calling up the next day I got told that I would have to wait until 6pm that day which impedes on my own plans that I had in place with the said rental car as a automatic, I've never had this level of customer service in the past and it would seem the branch customer focus has gone down hill since moving it's disappointing as there is a cost difference between the two transmissions ans I paid the extra premium to have a automatic car so disappointing that hasn't been fulfilled
