*CALLING OUT THE MANAGER MARISA*
They said they have pre-checked the car. I also did my check. However, I am not pro, so I missed the deflated tire. I had a tire pressure light came on right after I drove out the car park. So I pumped up all 4 tires and observe. Few days later, my second drive of the car, tire pressure was on again.
So I phoned them and let them know, a lady who i think is the manager MARISA, said it won't cost me money so I went to change the tire. However, at the end they charged me for that.
I phoned them again after I found out the charge, Melissa (again) kept repeating the terms and conditions throughout the call like a robot, and refuse to deal with my case (her fault). The thing is, if I knew I will be charged for their mistake, I will just pump up the tire every few days and no one will ever know! FFS
I also complained to the HQ, they kept replying (also repeating T&C) until I gave them evidence. Then they just ghosted me. HAHA
I wish Marisa, your car will get puncture everyday.
*Edit: managed to get back the £250 they charged me after getting the regional manager involved, hence I found a more solid evidence and match that with their own T&C to protect my own right.

My wife's new Jeep had a problem and a hire car was provided by Enterprise (through Jeep's breakdown cover). Super helpful and friendly staff from the get-go. Initial car my wife found a bit big and enterprise happily swapped it for something different the next day. Everyone I spoke to or met genuinely felt like they really wanted happy and valued customers. When the wife's car was ready - Enterprise said I could leave their car at the Jeep dealer and they'd collect it. As I was passing Enterprise anyway, I stopped to see if they had a free member of staff to jump in and save a journey - they didn't but I was happy to offer as a very happy customer. Thank you Enterprise.

Will never use these guys again if I have a choice. Had a hire car from Enterprise through insurance and I managed to lose the key fob. They told me a new key could take up to 14 days, so had to be recovered to my home using 'special' equipment that I might need to pay for! No follow up from them so I called a couple of days later to be told they can now get a new key within a couple of days! If I'd known that before I would've left the car where it was. Expressed how I felt about this to the manager and was told they would see what they can do about the charges. Have now been charged £150 excess for the new key plus £500 for the recovery. Would give zero starts if I could. Completely unsympathetic, only looking to fleece you out of as much money as they can.
UPDATE: In response to Enterprise's message to get in touch, I contacted them and it amounted to nothing but a waste of my time. In the end, the clowns at Enterprise blamed the clowns at the AA.

Another great experience with HH's Enterprise branch! Recently rented a small van and then Peugeot 208, both were clean and tidy, prepared to be driven straight away. Staff very friendly and helpful, already booked another rental with them, highly recommend to anyone who needs to rent good vehicle and expect great customer service

Had several hire vehicles from Enterprise Hemel this year, over a 4 month period when I was carless. These guys could not have been more helpful, professional, efficient and friendly than they were. This made a real difference to what was a very stressful period. Definitely recommend!

I have evidence to prove. However this company won’t reply to my complaint and emails, and keep passing the buck if they reply.

I must say I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process dealing with Angel at the Hemel Hempstead branch. After an absolutely horrible experience of my vehicle being damaged by a local garage, their insurer’s finally rented me a vehicle, I had been put through months of hell, and I must say Angel and her manager went above and beyond for me and were so sensitive, professional and accommodating to the situation I had been put through.
I was made to feel so comfortable and had no worries or issues driving away in a vehicle that wasn’t mine.
On returning the car after almost 2 months the process was simple with zero stress!
Honesty if you are looking to hire a vehicle for whatever reason, look no further than the Hemel Hempstead branch. The team here are a credit to the company!

Hemel Hempstead. Called up before making booking to make sure they could deliver a long wheel base Luton van.
I was told by one of the team at Hemel that this can definitely be done. Spoke to this team over the course of a few weeks to make sure that this will definitely be there as needed this for a house Move for a move up to Scotland. Over the three calls, I was told this has been arranged and not to worry by the team.
When we arrived, of course this was the smallest Luton van you can get.
Not to do with the cost of hiring another van, but more to do with the time of arranging another van and having to do another trip from Scotland to England overnight.
Made a complaint through their Head office. Brushed off by the Hemel Hempstead store and they could not see their team needed training. I then tried to speak to someone higher, my complaint got pushed higher to the area manager Alex Storczynski. Instead of speaking to the customer, just brushed it off and sent an email that nothing will be done and they have done their job completely.
Shocking customer service. Would have given 0 stars, will never use again.
