Booked the car as a tourist with my partner. But when i checked the reviews i got bit worried as some were bad on google. But when we went to pick the car on the booked date the staff was so welcoming. We got the car without any trouble, we used it for our vacation and returned it back. It was a quick process renting and returning. There were no hidden charges at all which I thought would be. The deposit was also returned within a day. Over all great service. Will definitely rent a car from the same place for my next vacation and recommend to others. 👍🏻

Shower of rip-offs , car broke down near Glasgow on the M8, 4 hours for the extra paid for road side recovery to turn up, in the dark , no where near any town, would not give me a replacement car seeing a stank of smoke, I don't smoke. 😔

I want to give a shout out for David Thomas. We rented a moving van last week to help a friend move far away. David was extremely pleasant to us throughout the entire process, and he was thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the operation and care for the vehicle. Upon returning the van, he remembered us and asked about our moving experience and readily performed the necessary assessments and sent us on our way as happy customers. Thank you David!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got us a vehicle even though we were late to collect due to train delays. Phil even gave us a lift back to the station when we returned the car - very kind of him. Will definitely use again when we next visit Lossiemouth to see our son at the RAF base.

My new car couldn't be delivered, the company used Enterprise Elgin to arrange my courtesy car and the staff were first class from start to finish. They offered me a choice of car, it was delivered to my door, and on arrival i was given a full induction of the vehicle. I was called to make sure I was happy with the car and reassured if I had any issues just to call them. I would highly recommend Enterprise Elgin and will use them again when I need to.
