Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Dundee - Dundee

I was very happy with the service in Dundee when I collected my vehicle and very happy with the vehicle.
However when I dropped the vehicle off at their Newquay airport branch, I was not happy with the service there.
Enterprise have held my deposit as they mentioned there were scuff marks on the front tires. When I dropped the vehicle the rep went around the car and said everything was in order. I was only notified 2 days later about the deposit not being returned.
Checking trip advisor this seems to be a common practice with Enterprise, so be warned.
See the attached pictures and these marks look old and do not have any effect on the integrity of the tire.

My experience was great—the vehicle was not only clean and well-maintained but also an upgrade from what I booked (the price still the same) , which was a pleasant surprise. The pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the staff were professional.
Look forward to renting again.

I’ve rented a lot of cars, and this is easily the best experience. Actual people on the other end of the phone, no ridiculous queues, the car I ordered was sitting there waiting for me, and no surprise charges at the end. And double thanks to Amy who drove me home even though I had not booked ahead!

Very disappointed about hidden charges. App said all paid and nothing outstanding. Arrived at branch and they refused to release the car to me because i am not able to pay £200 on chip and pin (Google pay only) they did not mention this during the booking process and I now have to cancel a days work. Try another company instead that doesn't have hidden charges and deposits. (I was happy to pay deposit but they could only accept chip and pin)

Outstanding service, very professional staff, no pushy sales pitch and the car - which was a free upgrade, was brand new and spotlessly clean. Provided with a full tank of fuel unlike certain other companies, which is always appreciated when returning like for like.

Definitely coming here again. Bravo.

We had a great experience with the staff at the Seagate location. Both ladies we talked with were so nice and understanding. The Peugeots are not tall person friendly lol.

I had to hire a car from Enterprise Dundee for a couple of days during August 2023 and my experience surely exceeded my expectations.
