Fantastic service from Enterprise. Had one of their cars for 3 weeks as a curtesy car. All well organised and straight forward on collection, special thanks to Niamh who explained everything clearly and was very informative in regards to vehicle controls ect. Same great service on drop off. Staff all lovely and friendly 0 complaints.

Unfortunately, its unlikely i will use Enterprise again due to my experience with them, while i thought it was going well, upon returning the car it had been pointed out that there was a tear in the tyre sidewall, it was rather small and was still perfectly usable, but against there policies, so i had the cost of £175 deducted from my deposit. My biggest mistake was not taking pictures before i left, this could have easily of been missed, and i had proof it was there after driving 5 miles. They do not take pictures or have proof that it was/wasnt there so they couldn't prove it, dont worry though, there internal biased dispute team will review the dispute and send a scripted email to say it goes in their favour.

Liam and Tom were brilliant

Met Liam yesterday handed me the keys did all the relevant checks and TS and C's and I was on my way.
