Dereham enterprise you need to change your booking system I actually called the number this morning to check you had a van available for tomorrow morning then at 6-55pm you tell me you don’t have one and the booking team shouldn’t of said they did well how about you answer the phone yourself at the branch thanks for totally messing my house move let alone the people who had taken the day off work to help absolutely disgusting

Needed a Van last minute to help out with removing some family furniture. Dereham staff were very helpful, polite and professional. Only had the Van for a few hours and then returned; no issues with the Van at all which was clean and comfy. Thank you for the help that day!

Recently used the Dereham branch a couple of times due to my own car off the road.
Can't fault the service received, always friendly and approachable. Added service was being able to picked up and drop me off for the car hire.
The service that Sam provided (on pick up) and Jamie (on return) was fantastic and I can't fault them - never an issue.

Will continue to use them if further hires are required.
