Helpful and friendly service, I would use them again. We had been stuck in traffic and werent going to be able to return the car before they shut but they kindly waited behind for us to return it. I forget their name but it was a young lady called Caroline I think who greeted us with a smile when we got there despite her having to wait behind after her shift for us.

As if moving house isn't stressful enough! Booked to hire a van and had no problem. Go to pick it up and get told I can't have it but they couldn't tell me why. Was apparently supposed to have had a call from someone to confirm some details which I didn't get. I've had a car from them a few months ago and everything was fine, so I don't see why I can't have one now as nothing has changed. Manager was rude and kept smirking at me when talking, and didn't want to help or give options to solve the problem. Thanks enterprise Clacton for wasting my time, money and stressing me out even more as I now don't have a van to move house with tomorrow!

It was a great start when my partner collected the car and said he had good friendly banter with the man who showed him to the vehicle which was really nice to hear as we were first time renters and a little nervous especially having seen some dreadful reviews after booking BUT I cannot fault this company so far ! We are yet to return the car. We were late back this evening from our trip with a small baby and we had been held up sorting him out mid journey and hitting traffic. It was so stressful and I had to panic call the office to say we aren’t sure if we could get it there on time to return. We were very very kindly told not to worry and to return it in the morning if we couldn’t make it. It wasn’t stressful and worrying as I had imagined it to be telling them we were bringing back their car late! We’ve Had nothing but nice helpful people on the phone since hiring the car and the car itself was faultless.

People READ TRUSTPILOT FEEDBACKS before you hire car from Enterprise!!!!!!!!! I been charged not for my damages,they got proofs ,claim closed. But money not refunded!!!!!!! Don't trust this feedbacks, real feedbacks is in Trustpilot!!!!

Great staff! Chris and the lady that works there, unfortunately I can't remember the name, they were very helpful, with great customer skills, very honest and friendly.

Although I didn't appreciate the condition the van was in with a part of mirror missing and some other minor issues it was no fault of the staff here as the van was late to get from somewhere else.
