Despite not being our closest enterprise we went here as despite it being good Friday they managed to sort a car that was perfect whilst ours was being fixed. They gave us a fantastic price and were super understanding as to why we really needed a car. Our deposit has already been refunded 24hrs later which is fab. Kacey is absolutely lovely. Thank you so much we will 100% be using you guys in the future at the brierley hill branch!

My car was damaged and my insurer arranged a car from enterprise brierly hill. I have to say that the service I recieved was exceptional. I had expected a number of possible hurdles but I found none. Not only was the service five star but the Staff were helpful and very polite in all the dealings I had with them. I would be very happy to deal with them again and recommend them to others. Should those higher in the food chain see my review I hope they will appreciate the work done by those on the ground.

Fantastic service from the team!! we've been using Enterprise for a while now.. however, our recent experience non fault accident the service provided was 5*. Booked a vehicle, was told can pick up on the scheduled day, for a buisness meeting. Got there was told they had given the car away then. Offered a 2 different prices for an upgrade or downgrade both of which were not suitable.
