Vehicle hire can be really stressful given all the things that can potentially go wrong but this was a really good experience. They are a great little team at the Bognor branch, really friendly and helpful. The large van I hired was excellent....cruise control was a bonus on a 10 hour return journey, plus it did over 40mpg! Only a couple of things to mention - Enterprise's excess insurance is extortionate so best to get that elsewhere and also check your credit card statement as instead of refunding my £200 deposit, I was charged again....the error was quickly sorted by Charlotte though. Last plus point is that they don't have an upper age limit unlike a few other companies.

Booked a van online yesterday to collect the next day at 12pm, got a phone call at 11am to say they don’t have a vehicle. Not happy, had to dash to find another van to hire and wait for a refund from enterprise which takes at least 24hours. Very poor service and reliability.

Great Enterprise branch. Used this one instead of Chichester, although Chichester is closer to me, it takes longer to get to with all the traffic issues the city is facing. I needed to extend my booking an extra day and it was no problem. I recommend the team at Enterprise Branch Bognor Regis. Thank you guys

I had an excellent experience with the team here, collected to collect a hire car and Charlotte even kindly arranged a taxi for me when I returned my car and forgot my phone.
Due to the taxi being a while I observed how smoothly they ran things and dealt with customers.

Terrible cars, outdated and not up to Enterprise standards anywhere else I’ve rented. Stank of cigarette smoke. Inept customer service, happy to make money off a rental over email but incapable of replying afterwards. Wish I had rented from SIXT at Heathrow, they have great cars and customer service. Avoid this rental branch unless absolutely desperate.

Worst rental experience of my life - beware!!! Do not rent here - go to Worthing branch instead. I've rented all over the world and in third world countries where its not advised to rent, and NEVER EVER had such a horrible experience.
Rented a van here, which stank of sick and has damage all over. The employee took me around the van and pointed out the damage but at no point did he look at the tyres. So off I went.
On return, the same employee went to "inspect" the vehicle, and coincidentally went straight to the rear tyre and looked at it for over a minute as if he was looking for something. Sure enough, he found some tiny splits (pictures attached, with "damage" circled), which he said he will charge £200 for and keep the deposit! Tyres are wear and tear item, and the splits found would pass any inspection and MOT (not "Deep Enough To Expose Cords or Plys"). This kind of "damage" can be found on 99% of cars, so basically these guys can keep your deposit if they want do.
I argued with the intern and the branch "manager" for over half an hour but they story seemed very rehearsed and they didn't care.
So don't be tempted by the cheap prices, they intend to keep your deposit! Note that Excess Protection at £25/day extra does not protect against this as it only reduces the excess to £250!!!

Told us the van was available for the date. More than a week in advance. All booked in paid for online. Arrived on the day we where moving to see no van. And was told the van we booked was un available. And we would have to take the Luton van. That was too tall to get near our new house. Meaning all furniture had to be lumped and shifted a very long way. As enterprise gave us no warning. Took our money. And made out like all was well untill we arrived to discover it was not. Meaning we had no other choices left. Oh and also they tell you to bring the van back with the exact fuel, that you used. But when you arrive they tell you that the fuel tracker the van uses says differently and still try to charge you for more fuel. Luckily this was only £2 or something stupid for me so was Waved on. Avoid them at all costs. Plenty of actualy honest van renters available.
