The staff were outstanding, Dominic and James in Bedford and Heathrow respectively. The car was immaculate, but a little larger than I had expected (for driving on narrow country lanes).
I was not a great fan of returning the car with 1/4 tank of gas as it had no quarter marker on the fuel gauge to signify approximately 15 1/4 liters - I probably returned it with closer to 1/2 tank. Overall, the rental was great value for money!

Very Friendly staff, that kept me informed at all times of any changes in the hire circumstances. Dominic and David were fantastic and will certainly refer any friends or relatives to enterprise when it comes to hiring vehicles. There is a very good vibe about the team, clearly see they enjoy what they do, which makes everything better! Its definitely not a farewell but a see you soon 🙂

Car wasn't ready to go as it was just started to be washed on the outside even though it was gone 10am and I hired the car from 10am

I've used enterprise a few times and was sorry to say the car was absolutely dirty in the inside. I had to get window cleaner as I couldn't see out the side windows or the front when sun shone. It's was a sticky residue on the windows not very professional at all. When you need a clean car for business. Also pretty sure the exhaust was blowing.

Young man JOSH..... what can I say! An Angel in disguise. Really came to my rescue today. When everything was looking down he held my hand n helped me back up. We need a 'JOSH' in everything.
Insurance company was going to mug me off with his help they were unsuccessful. I really appreciate ALL your help.today.

Sadly another enterprise experience where the car I booked wasn’t available. I asked for an electric van and was told on the day that they didn’t have any. This is definitely not ok, especially as most of their customers who rent a van typically have a time sensitive job to do. For me it was moving house on that day. I was called at 10am on the day to tell me the specific van I booked wasn’t available. Then put me on hold for 10 minutes to then say they have an automatic van I can use. Then for the next 10 minutes I received a sales pitch on business accounts etc. I mean you have literally shown how unreliable you are and want me to open a business account? Then went on to ask questions which I’m sure violate GDPR rules on unnecessary data collection. Why do you need to know who I work for, what my work is etc. Anyway, got the van sorted and when I arrived I politely asked since I didn’t get the vehicle I wanted, if they could throw in an additional driver for free. They didn’t have to say yes but it would help the situation. They refused to and told me I had to pay for the additional driver. Then the journey began on adding an additional driver with again another sales pitch to my friend about corporate accounts etc. Wtf. Stop this awful and stupid practice. Anyway, return was easy and no drama other than that.
