Was picked up to go to Enterprise Car Hire. Young lady who hails from Manchester looked after us from picking us up and allocating us a car so we could get home as our car had to be recovered by the RAC. 1st class service from Enterprise without hesitation we would recommend. A big thankyou to the young lady who's name I've forgotten also the rest of the team at the branch who were extremely sociable and helpful.
Enterprise is definitely a leading car and van hire specialist in the United Kingdom

We hired a car 10th April 2025 my husband had to return the car due to being faulty. (Check Barry Aaron review). No other car was available on the day and was told a refund would be issued. However we are now on the 19th of May and have not received a refund!!!! We have phoned the branch a number of times and visited and we keep getting lied to. Very poor customer service and standards from this company!!! £194 still waiting to get back on my card!!!!!!

Well organised and well run - used several times recently. Staff in branch are brilliant - friendly and helpful - everything has been faultless. I would only use Enterprise in future as they're great and their pickup service is superb.

Excellent customer service from Jamie. All paperwork was ready as was the car. Comprehensive review of the vehicle was undertaken by Jamie. Well worth a visit if you need tohire a vehicle. I will definitely be back
