An excellent day out with knowledgeable guide who imparted very interesting background to history of vineyards and grape-growing in England. Some lovely sparkling and still wines were offered for tasting at small organic and large-scale businesses. Great to have tour driver so no problem in tasting and driving. Tour guide able to answer many questions and while we had a schedule to follow our activities unfolded without much pressure to get to next place. Highly recommended.

My friends and I attended the English Cheese and Wine tasting tour in August 2020. We booked the tour earlier in the year before the Covid-19 outbreak, and luckily we could still attend due to the measures Justin and Nicola put in place. Before the tour Nicola was very efficient via email and telephone, helping to ensure the trip would run successfully with the correct social distancing measures in place. Our transport to the vineyards enabled us to socially distance comfortably. Both Chapel Down and Woodchurch vineyard tours and tastings were great, and I particularly enjoyed the afternoon’s wine and cheese tasting hosted by Nicola and Justin, who have great knowledge of the perfect pairings. Thank you both for going above and beyond to give us a fantastic day out!

We had the pleasure of doing the private wine tour to Kent with a pick up in London. From the first contact with Nicola to the drop off in London, everything went extremely smoothly. Justin, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and the eight of us had the best time visiting Sedlescombe, Oastbrook, and Woodchurch wineries, along with a great pub lunch we ate in the garden of a cute pub. Throughout the whole day we met fantastic wine producers who really care about their craft, and it was amazing to see and to talk with them while trying their wine (usually 3-4 varieties per stop). Justin also arranged for us to stop at Chapel Down's wine store (as they were not open for tours) and bought us a few bottles to drink while at lunch. Thanks, Nicola and Justin!

Got bought a wine and cheese tasting for my birthday and it was fantastic! Had a great experience touring Kent in a super nice minibus, Justin was a charismatic and knowledgeable host the whole day and we sampled some delicious wines and cheeses. These guys are such a lovely family team and it was a pleasure spending the day with them!

Organised a private wine tour in Sept for my boyfriends birthday. Nicola picked us up at the station and was a wonderful guide throughout the day. We visited three very different wineries and really enjoyed trying and learning about new wines - in fact we bought a few bottles from all of them! (just to add - there was absolutely no pressure to do so at any places we visited). As long as you like drinking wine, this tour works for everyone - my wine knowledge is very limited, whereas my boyfriend (who is French) knows his stuff, and we both equally loved it.

My only constructive feedback is that personally I prefer a clean glass for each wine rather than using the same one, so a small recommendation would be for the wineries to offer that for those who prefer (one of the three did this).

After having done just the wine tour by itself a couple of years ago, came back with a group to do the wine and cheese tour.

Justin was a great tour leader - very personable and knowledgeable. The chosen winery - Chapel Down - is well worth a visit. We were looked after really well by Justin and Nicola throughout the day and got to taste some lovely English wines - mostly sparkling.

After lunch at The William Caxton, the second stop of wine and cheese pairing was set in a great little function room overlooking Woodchurch Vineyard. The pairings were well put together to give a treat to the taste buds.

Highly recommended tour, with great hosts and an enjoyable experience.

Booked a tour for a group of 16 friends, no particular reason for the booking, just a group that enjoy wine.
Great communication for booking the tour. Justin was our host for the day and came with a lot of knowledge for English wines and the area.
Great value for money - visited 3 wineries, each with a wine tasting of 4+ wines and also had a pub lunch.
100% will book again and highly recommend to others!
