I enquired on a Mondeo, received a call from someone who could not tell me anything about the car as he dosent work on site where car is, had to call myself to speak to someone - they would not give a part ex price unless on site and are not interested in selling a car who is not local. The prep standards for sale are appalling and this can be varyfied by viewing ads and any damage to bodywork or alloys they wont do prior to a sale of a car so you take it as is. I am not surprised they wont do a distance sale as the are obviously fully
Aware that the cars are not up to standard and dont want to take the risk - oh and there was also an outstanding recall on the car.

Thanks so much to English Ford for helping us out when we needed it.
Our car developed a fault 1 week before we take our son to start University and we desperately needed it fixing in time to make the long journey full of his stuff.
Our closest Ford dealer (Christchurch) turned us away but Poole English, despite being busy, invited us in to take a look when they could.
3 days later we had the car back and are so thankful to them for their excellent service.
They are now our default Ford garage for any future business and we fully recommend.

I recently took our Ranger into Ford Poole for a headlight issue, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team in the service department were brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to get everything sorted. They diagnosed the problem straight away and had it fixed in no time, which saved us a lot of hassle. Really impressed with how efficient and helpful they were from start to finish. I brought a new Ford Explorer from Ford, Tower Park and I highly recommend buying a car from them.
Kathy the sales lady was knowledgeable, caring and very friendly, she guided me through the whole process with ease and even spent an hour and a half going through all the controls with me before I drove off in my new car, even making sure my phone was working with the car.
I am also really impressed with the follow up calls I have received to make sure I am getting on well with new car and to see if I have any questions. I highly recommend Ford at Tower Park.

I've seriously changed my mind about these guys. Yes i did have to pay £2100 for the MOT etc and the car did have problems when it came back but the professional service I've received has really changed my mind. Rang them on the Saturday and it was booked in for Tuesday and sorted in just over an hour. Brilliant service and I take back what I said

Made an enquiry about a car but it has a few MOT advisories. I questioned this and the salesman was going to find out about them and what could be done, that was a week ago and I’m still waiting for an answer.
Having advisories on a used car coming out of a main dealer is not acceptable.
I hope someone else has better luck than I have buying a car.
