Great service, very helpful Staff who are very knowledgeable. Good communication from initial purchase of package right through to the Event Rep at the hotel saying goodbye as we left. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Certainly won't be booking with them again . Poor customer service and once money received it is down to you to do their work for them . Even have to transfer tickets on their behalf as they don't send them to anyone in your party . Avoid if at all possible

Its a lot of money not to be looked after properly. The customer service was very poor, and having to make your own way to the match via public transport is not explained until after you have booked! Which also was not that straight forward, in the end we paid 200 euros for a taxi!! We travelled with Gulliver's during the RWC and that was a much better experience.

To start with the positives, Marcus Neale, Jordan C, Beverley and April were great. Really good customer service and super helpful. Now the less positive. Incredibly expensive, terrible seats which were all in the nosebleeds, some hotels were over an hour from the stadium and the prices charged for hotels were exorbitant compared with booking directly with the hotel. Also the merchandise was restricted to a shirt and travel wallet with a money off voucher to spend at England Rugby (a terrible company). You had to pay postage and for returns which meant the money off voucher effectively paid your postage. Tickets were late being sent (received 4 hours ahead of match). At the start of the tournament the travel was laughable. None of the drivers knew where they were going, so were driving whilst following google maps on hand held mobiles, on the second trip to Marseilles it took three hours to get from the airport to hotel as driver drove past our hotel 3 times to go to others. The transfer was longer than our flight! There was a lack of reps whilst travelling between the stadium and hotels. Travel reps at the start of the tournament didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The experience in Japan was outstanding which was why I booked this trip but won’t be travelling again with ERT sadly.

Excellent travel company. Everything we needed was provided, the hotel was fab, staff were great and although the result didn’t quite go our way we had an amazing weekend in Paris. One negative was the seats were very high so a bit disappointing but the atmosphere was still amazing. Would definitely recommend England Rugby Travel and use them again

Lots of positives and also some considerable negatives. Accommodation good, England Rugby travel representative in France(Angelique) excellent. Mid range match ticket package only generated seats right in the corner for the England game which would be some of the cheapest at most sports grounds. Advised in advance that we had parents in their 80’s and hence the safe delivery to the match was a key selling point only to be told the night before the first match that parking was 1.8 km away which is obviously not remotely what people were expecting. The travel ticket provided helped but the non England Rugby local buses to outside the ground were rammed.
On the Monday the England Rugby travel coach to the airport did not arrive with very poor communication to the ERT rep at the hotel resulting in a very last minute mad dash well above the speed limit with 2 elderly parents to the airport in Ubers. Had the flight left on time we would have missed it.
Enjoyed the trip but the experience did not match the price tag.
