I have seen a few bad reviews about Enfieldian? I have NO idea how this is possible. I am disabled and I have always had good honest communications with ALL at Enfieldian. It is the only coach tour company I use. The drivers are polite & friendly and the staff at the Enfield office are polite, friendly, down to earth & professional people. Without Enfieldian I would have been at a loss. Enfieldian are 100% a decent company with good cheap tours all over the UK from Stamford to The Isle of Wight, Kent & numerous other locations 10/10

I have been on various trips with Enfieldian and I have enjoyed everyone of them. It's a local firm with local pick up points. The Ladies in the Office are very helpful and I have never ever encountered a problem that they can't sort out. With regards to Drivers I have never encountered a problem. I want to feel safe, and if I have had a problem I speak directly to them. When you have a comfort break, get off the coach and go to the Loo! Don't sit there and then want to go as soon as we move off. Or try to go when the coach has stopped. Loads of people have Disabilities and all the Drivers are very considerate. I like the diversity of everyone on the coaches. It's great to see so many of the older generation going out for the day, or on short breaks. If your travelling on your own, everyone is very friendly. For me this company is a great local asset. If you want all mod cons etc and changeovers etc go with a multi national company. This company is for local people and Iocal departures points. It's safe and easy for people to get home. I have visited lots of unusual places and enjoyed them all. Great days out! Some people just like to moan! Not everything always goes to plan, but that's the fun of it. Roadworks etc and accidents are outside of the Drivers control. So if you want a day out, let the coach take the strain. The short breaks are good value for money. I have met lots of very nice people on these trips. Life is what you make it! We have had good times. So like everything in life, things can be improved and I think that any problems encountered Enfieldian take this on board. We need to support our local services, otherwise we can end up losing them. So 5* from me.

My late Girlfriend and I have been on Many Coach Tours with interchange Coaches. We always worried that our luggage would be lost, which stressed us out, making the Holiday less enjoyable than it would have been.
No more lost luggage worries now with ENFIELDIAN as being a Local Company, there is no "feeder" so we stay on the same Coach throughout the Tour.
After the Covid19 Epidemic, on a recommendation about ENFIELDIAN, I ventured out on my first Tour alone and found that I enjoyed the now stressless Tour very much. I have been on many trips with ENFIELDIAN which has been a "Lifeline" to a lonely Man and given me the opportunity to mix with other Local People, some of whom are now good Friends, so thank you ENFIELDIAN.

Doesn't derseve any stars .Absolutely shocking from the start - no compassion or any sympathy from this company. No refund issued and lost our money. Wasnt even offered to rebook.Women is the office is rude beyond belief .....

I’d give zero stars if I could! I went with a friend to find a filthy coach, seats food stained and very dirty windows, forbidden to use the toilet despite a passenger being desperate to use it. Driver very miserable and grumpy yet expecting a cash tip. No chance! I was showing a friend the reviews and he said the 5 star review by D Nash who owns the business! Perhaps he needs to go on one of his own tours before giving himself a 5 star review! Laughable!

I recently started going on their day trips, and can honestly say that I so look forward to my next one. The coach always turns up at the time listed, and the driver called John is very good at pointing out interesting things on the way. Also, Every one of their staff are a joy to deal with. They are all so obliging and friendly on the phone. Nothing being a bother. Well done! Keep up the good work.
