We used Empress to take a party of 20 guests up to an important event in London. From start to finish, the service was very professional. What we thought would be difficult became easy to arrange - nothing was too much trouble! Pick ups, drop offs and timings worked perfectly, and the driver Daryl looked after us brilliantly, even finding free parking areas to keep the costs as low as possible. Steve and Jane were superb and I can’t rate them highly enough. Would use again in a flash.. thank you so much Empress!

I would highly recommend working with Empress Coaches for your next event! We used them for our wedding and they were great. They responded very promptly to all of our queries and worked with us to make sure that all our guests were taken care of (ferrying them from hotels to our venue and home again at the end of the night). And our guests loved the vintage bus too!

Steve helped make our day perfect! We hired Steve's vintage coach for our wedding party and the bridesmaids, flower girls and page boys LOVED the drive to the wedding venue! I couldn't have asked for more from Steve. He was fantastic beforehand, thinking of everything from the route to accessing the drive of the place we were staying. His communication was fantastic and as a Bride this is what you need! He ensured everything flowed smoothly. He was wonderful on the day and we are so lucky we found Empress Coaches! Thank you Steve! I highly recommend Empress Coaches. The service from beginning to end was amazing. Steve was in contact well ahead of the day, he clarified some points and explained what would happen from his side. He had back up plans for ever eventuality and made us feel confident.
We hired the smaller of the classic coaches to transport our wedding party around Brighton. It was dressed with ribbons as agreed with Steve beforehand, it was so clean (inside and out) and had beautiful flowers inside too. There was an umbrella on hand for the changeable weather, and Steve was close by at all times.
Steve was friendly, warm but professional throughout. He made us feel so welcome and in safe hands. On a day which could have been stressful, and tasked with a key part (getting the bride and groom to the venue on time!), Steve made everything relaxed and easy.
