Farooq has been amazing! Literally left no stone unturned when it came to my holiday request. What a wonderful chap Farooq is. He made the whole booking the holiday such a wonderful and stress free experience and was on hand to answer any or all my questions..( and I had quite a few! )
Even though my holiday was cancelled at the last minute due to family reasons Farooq was on hand and made sure I received a refund ASAP.
