Very very upset with emg solicitors. Used them to help with a problem. Bleed my son dry with bills that were unexpected overpriced and never explained.Hidden minimum phone call times 6 min increments charging him for calls from the person we were in dispute with and seemly chatting to them for longer than any of his calls to them .Charging for e mails and separate charge for attachments to said e mail. BEWARE of the hidden costs and poor advice

This was for a residential property purchase. Most of the work (or at least the vast majority of the client interface) was handled by the Conveyancing Assistant, Paige Raisbeck. I think this is what keeps the price so reasonable, as I had very little communication/contact with the lead contracted Partner. Paige was excellent and patient. She provided sage advice and was thorough and diligent. I will continue to use EMG for other matters.
