This bus company are unsafe, speeding drivers, some drivers are rude, some very good. No seat belts provided, according to government public documents they should be. Accident waiting to happen, oh wait, they has!!!!

So I mean when you get off, I thank the driver and he says it back but today, the driver said a swear word to some people who were talking and the bus driver also slammed on the brakes just to do that.

One of your drivers needs to re take his test...bringing Dorchester school children back from swimming on Monday 7th March just pulled right out in front of me on a round about on Leeds Road forcing me to emergency stop (I had right of way because I was already on roundabout and I was on the right) yes i had my indicarors on!! also had 2 of my own kids on board his coach!! Not to happy to be honest!!

I gave 1 because you can't give less travelled like cattle packed in there and back no air con not even any blower the poor school children that have to travel day in and out on these buses it's disgusting that they have no blow air system never mind air con felt sick all the way there and sun was out on way home so even worse DO NOT BOOK THESE COACHES no air sweaty tin box on wheels
Come on owners get it sorted aircon has been here for years blow cold air even longer GET IT SORTED

Drivers great, but blocking disable access for children. Asked to move and owner ellie rose started to become rude and chavvy... not a great example of class but what do you expect

The drivers are very freindly, safe driving and cctv is on bored but the downfall is passengers not taking care such as damaging seats scratching glass and smoking under the legal age, be good if they were accompanied by security.

Lovely day in Whitby today BUT the Ellie rose coach wasn’t really up to the job.some of us were very alarmed when the coach had difficulty getting up the hills and stalled a couple of times ,there was smoke coming from the front wheel arch when we were dropped of in Whitby .Scary !
