A huge thank you to Clare for her help in organising us a lovely bank holiday getaway in Norfolk earlier this year. Clare quickly understood our needs as a large group including children, and took time and hassle away from us having to research and find a rental property. She presented several great options including a holiday home which was perfect for us; beautifully maintained, spacious, well-equipped and in the ideal location to explore the nearby coast and sites. Well what can I say about Clare? Other than if you are looking for someone to arrange your holiday the way YOU want it to be, be totally on it from enquiry to final transaction and contactable whenever you need it, you’ve found your person! I used Clare to book my dream Ibiza experience for 2024 and she was just awesome! .. I could not have wished for a better lady to make this happen for me. Tell her your budget - she will be utterly honest with you as to what is achievable and what isn’t. Her previous experience is in the wedding industry so if you are looking to book your dream honeymoon, Clare is your go to lady!

Clare is absolutely amazing! Booked with her to go on a mini break for my partners birthday at a great price. Clare couldn't do enough for me to make our break perfect! Unfortunately, it turned out we were due to fly on the day the air traffic control went down. I contacted Clare straight away as this had never happened before and I had no idea what to do. Clare then sorted everything out for me and got every penny back! No fuss, she was amazing, even though she knew, in this case she would lose her commission for the holiday. She still went out of her way to make things right, she took the stress out of the whole situation for me.
I have now booked again to go to the maldives this time and I know, without any doubt, clare will be there from start to finish! I literally can not recommend her enough. You are not JUST another client to her, she treats you like a friend! Thank you soooooo much Clare ? ? xxx

Clare is an absolute star, we had been really struggling to find a suitable holiday on a budget for a big family of 8. Clare not only found us an amazing holiday she found us one that was well below our budget and took all of the stress out of booking. We are now safe knowing our holiday is booked and all arrangements have been made for us to just sit back and enjoy it. Clare even took the time to think about flight times for us with the kids and saved us a 3am wake up call haha. Thank you so much we are counting down the days and we have very excited and happy children ready for our first family holiday which up until Clare came along felt like it would be just a dream ?❤️

Honeymoon Booked ?

I cannot thank Clare Lake - Personal Travel Consultant, Blue Bay Travel enough for all her hard work!

A month ago I messaged Clare knowing I would like to book a luxury honeymoon - unsure of the destination we really wanted. We looked through options - Maldives, Caribbean, the list goes on. We wasn’t set on anywhere just knew we wanted luxe.

Clare would email us over packages, resorts and when she sent me the TreeHouse Villas in Thailand we knew that was where we wanted to go.

Lots of back and forth looking at 1 week or 2 weeks, Clare never turned me away and every question I asked she would answer and if she didn’t know the answer she would find out very quickly.

We then decided we wanted to see the elephants in Thailand and also not stay at one resort the whole time. Clare sorted this for us so we could go to one location, then go on an incredible elephant and jungle safari for 2 nights and then end at the TreeHouse Villas.

Most of you who know me well know I need to be 100% satisfied before going ahead! I still wasn’t done… I went back to Clare and wanted the times in each place to be adjusted!

And today Clare messaged to say we had everything we wanted. Private plunge pools, treehouse villas, elephant experience, sea views. And today we paid the deposit!

It’s so nice to book through an independent and have someone there to help you every step of the way. I felt like I was Clare’s only customer even though I know she has loads - a fab personal service.

We cannot wait to go on our dream honeymoon. Thank you again Clare Lake!
