Consistently late, was originally charged £14 just to go up the road. Was not familiar with taxi prices and so I accepted this for a couple of months. Then they dropped to £7 and then to £5, I thought they were being kind until I switched service and realized that this is a standard price for the distance I was going.

everyone reading this on google can clearly see how charming this man is and how he treats customers who have had a bad experience. The only thing "Elite" about this taxi firm is the prices they charge, you can do better elsewhere...

We booked a taxi to collect us from our home to the registry office in Tunbridge Wells as we were getting married, this was confirmed via Google chat. The day before, we had to move it to earlier by 10 minutes. I didn’t hear from them all day so asked them to confirm the pick up time which they did later in the day. My husband, mum and I waited at the stated time and no one arrived. We called them 5 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and were told theyy were on their way. 15 minutes later no one had arrived and whoever spoke to my husband on the phone was rude and didn’t even apologise. We were going to miss our marriage appointment so in the end my mum had to flag a car down on the street 20 minutes after the taxi was due to arrive and a kind man drove us. We made our appointment with 5 minutes to spare, we were very stressed and had missed 10 minutes of being with our family and the photographer we had hired. Unprofessional and unreliable service.

Ordered taxi from elite cars. It was a shame my journey was very short as would have liked to stay in the driver's company a little longer chatting about work and shared likes. Will defo use again friendly service with a smile

My son booked and paid for a taxi from Horsmonden to Tonbridge Wells at 10.00 am today to pick me up to attend his wedding. Sadly the taxi driver did not turn up and after phoning the company they then had to arrange for another car to pick me up. Farhan (spelling?) saved the day as he was in Sevenoaks at the time the company phoned him but I was half an hour late for my son’s wedding which was extremely disappointing. Normally I would have driven myself but unfortunately I recently had a replacement knee so I am unable to drive at present. Very disappointed with the company. A company is only ever as good as its staff and if the staff are not reliable then that reflects on the company.

Farhan is the best. Hes so lovely. Hes been the best through multiple jobs my partner has had. To be completely honest, i dont think ive heard a bad review in years from him.
