Pleased with the conversion work done on my new Taxi, and my customers love the installed seating option. Had communication issues on collection day (hence 4 stars), but at end that was resolved.

Words of advise, you could emplement a 'job completion check list', just to check those nitty-gritty things, such as workshop dust, aren't missed before a customer collect their vehicles,...ohoo, talk and update customers regularly too.

I’m assuming they had a bad month when my new MSRT Custom went in to them, (albeit through the Ford main dealer). Communication was 0, they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to the dealers emails regarding progress. Vehicle was collected, (finally) by the main dealer and I asked them to take photo’s and log all the issues, (that still remain!) and they even drank a can of coke and left the crushed can in the door pocket which leaked everywhere. Rear interior lights left hanging out, passenger armrest a different finish to the drivers, drivers seat switch no longer working for height adjustment. Not what you expect on any vehicle, let alone a 60k van, disgusting!

I book to have my dad's mercedes vito converted to a hackney taxi i was quoted around £ 3999 for the full conversion and the the IVA test. But when i send my dad to have the work done, eleven motor homes charged his an extra £1500 because my dad could not understand english properly.

I was promised that the work would only take one day to complete for the conversion, so i book a 2 night hotel for dad. Not only they did not finish the work in one day they took 2 and when my went to see them midday the next day to see if the finished. Not only they did not finish the work but shouted at my dad for their delay. Eleven motor home did not supply the wheelchair ram and told my dad that they will post it to him and now they are refusing to send it.That's very good customer service.

I am not writing to stop others going their for their conversions but i am writing that if you are doing the conversion you have be careful because these people don't care about their customers all they care about is the money in your pocket and how they can get their hands on your money as quickly as possible.

Picked up my Eleven Model S Sporthome today. Couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve been provided with.

Quality product.
Atrocias, shocking and downright pathetic service. Made over 30 calls to the company, many unanswered. How they run a successful company I will never know.
