I’m still awaiting a response after a week!! I spoke to a lady who we dealt with last year who now covers outside Europe so she passed me over to Jane. I explained my request - budget etc etc knowing there were holidays available under the budget as contacted two other sources. I had no response from Jane in 24 hrs so rang her who said she was looking but our budget was an issue £4000 ish so left it another 24 hrs- no e mail or phone call and rang again speaking to the original girl who confirmed they were busy and still looking and struggling to find anything. I still haven’t had any response. This isn’t very good enough. I have a £250 voucher I wanted to use. So all in all. All pretty hopeless so far.

Asked for a quote using my email address & did get a response but not the answer I had hoped for!
They asked for a budget and I naively said £5000 for 10 days in the Gulf area!
Am I out of touch or wildly naive?
I'm not impressed by the response...maybe £15000 or £20000 would have been more realistic!

Fabulous. We've booked through Alison at ER on a number of occasions and she's been fantastic. Super responsive, highly knowledgable about destinations and above all you get the confidence of knowing that you're booking with a first-class, reputable company. We've booked with other providers in the past and whilst they might be fractionally cheaper you 100% get what you pay for when you book with ER. Couldn't recommend highly enough

The organisation is swift and accurate and the attention to extra details is superb. Fantastic people to deal with and yet prices are not "premium" although service is!
