I have made a booking on 16th of October and was given an option to take Prime membership for FREE (trial) for 15 days then get charged 89.99 Euros after that, with promise that you can cancel anytime! I was prompted that option after I’ve already entered my email and payment details. The following morning my credit card was charged the 89.99! I called to enquire why and I was told by agent that system detected that my account already existed and that I have already had a free trial back in April 2022!! And that I’m not entitled for free trial or refund as this is in the Ts and Cs in the email which they sent me AFTER I have already subscribed for the free trial!!! As a SW engineer I don’t know how a system would allow you to register again with same email without prompting you that you’re already registered, or give you the option for a free trial after entering your information if you’re not entitled for one! I also think that it’s clear scam when they wait until after you subscribe, then send you the terms and conditions!! I’m claiming a charge reverse through the credit card company, but want to warn everyone about this scam! Apparently it was up to me to remember I signed up for free trial 2 and a half years ago and that when I click on “free trial” it’s not really free trial!!!

This agency services are thieves. The moment you use your credits card on there platform they deduct you and pushed a membership to you. Please avoid. They charge your card without informing you

If I could give eDreams a 0 I would. I purchased and extra bag for my flight and this did not show on my ticket. EDreams refused to refund me the correct amount. I will never use this travel aggregator again and have told all my friends about my poor experience.

Me siento estafado.
Contrate vuelos a Gran Canaria, añadi cancelación, pague los costes correspondientes....y a la hora de cancelar no me hacen reembolso y me dirigen a la Aseguradora con quien yo no he tenido ningún contacto ni he visto sus políticas hasta entonces.
NO PAGAR POR CANCELACION QUE NO APLICAN ELLOS.
