Worst drivers we have had in 40
years of taking scouts abroad.
Never on time, the lead drivers language in the coach full of kids at times was appalling, driving using his elbows slumped over the wheel. Had no interest in his passengers whatsoever . Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Failed to communicate with the group on a replacement coach after the original developed a fault. Left the group standing waiting for 2 hours for a replacement coach that never arrived despite being advised one had been arranged.
When it finally did arrive it was too late as the group got fed up of waiting and made other arrangements.
Over use of the horn constantly when driving
We will never be using this company again

The wife and I were on tour in Scotland and Frank was our coach driver. I have nothing but high marks for Frank, he was put in several bad conditions from other drivers and avoided the situations. Frank was helpful to passengers that needed help getting on and off the coach. Frank carried conversation with the group during our 6 days with him. Coach was clean. I have nothing but high marks for Edinburgh Coach Lines and Frank!!!!!!!!!!!

As a professional driver, I am totally disgusted by the driving I witnessed today by one of your drivers.

Overtaking another coach and attempting another car in the same maneuver with on coming traffic AND a broken down car on the verge shows absolutely no regards to safety and awareness. It happened today (20/11/22) between Loch Tulla viewpoint and Glencoe ski centre.

Thank god I wasn't a passenger on this coach

Traveled with Edinburgh coach services for a week in February for a school ski trip. The coach we used was Morden and comfortable, their was also USB ports on every seat to charge the phone. Our drivers Gordon and Lee we’re both fantastic for the week which made the whole trip smooth, would highly recommend.

i used Edinburgh coach lines for my wedding on December 8th, 2018 and they were great! We actually had to change something at the last minute and they handled it like the true professionals they are! If you need a bus just hire them.
