I recent had group trip with east go travel (Ramadan 2024)to Mecca for Umrah, unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the travel company. Upon our arrival at the hotel they arranged for us, I found the hotel to be small rooms and the rooms overcrowded, leading to an uncomfortable stay.

Additionally, despite my travel package supposedly including dinner (sahur) and islamic tour, these benefits were not honored and no arrangements were made for them. It was frustrating to discover that an essential part of my package was not fulfilled, adding to my growing dissatisfaction. (You making haram money)

Furthermore, there was a significant lack of customer service and assistance available during my time in Mecca. The staff showed indifference and a lack of responsiveness when I tried to seek help or clarification on various matters.

Lastly, I recommend double-checking the type of visa provided by the company for group Umrah trips during Ramadan. Ensure that they have booked you an Umrah visa instead of a visit visa, as promised to me but not delivered. An Umrah visa covers medical expenses.

Please tell me if this is acceptable, numerous bed bugs all over the hotel cockroaches and mice also. Very deliberately rude staff and poor customer service disgusting behaviour people smoking in corridor’s members of the group including myself put in same rooms with complete strangers just to save space. This company and establishment is far from professional I would advise you to learn from my mistakes and never use easy go travel tours. I have added a few photos from the experience I couldn’t go a night sleep with bed bugs crawling all over me, terrible. The name of the hotel is the castle Ajyad located on ajyad street around ten fifteen minutes walk from the Haram

They charged me extra 300 for my ticket which I booked 3 months in Advance.
My advice is to just check online for your tickets.
It’s Haram to over charge by that much. We booked with them cause they had some money of ours that they didn’t want to refund and told us to buy another ticket but we are losing again cause overcharged by too much.

Thank you and Well done. Everything was perfect and May Allah reward you with goodness. This was a most enjoyable and well-organized trip and the support teams were outstanding. I have to say Abdirisaq was incredibly responsive and kept in constant communication, answering any questions and providing additional support before, after and as well as during the journey. I would have to say it was the trip of a life time. It is extremely difficult to make everyone satisfied, but you did everything you can to make our trip memorable.
