We stayed in Acorn Cottage for just over 2 weeks. The cottage was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious and suited us perfectly. The location was great, ideally situated for us to enjoy outings to Falkirk Wheel, Kelpies and Edinburgh. Alastair and Elsie were the perfect Scottish hosts and couldn't do enough for us - extremely helpful and very welcoming. The homemade shortbread was delightful. The outdoor patio overlooking the fields was perfect for bird watching. We hope to return soon.

I am writing this review on behalf of my folks who returned to this wonderful B&B for the third time and once again this review is being dictated!||||'Having found this little gem some time ago, we returned to find that the excellent standards and warm welcome from Elsie and Aliastar had not changed. The accommodation is 5* ideal to relax and unwind or/and to explore the surrounding areas but also giving easy access to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Breakfast is delicious the perfect start to any day.||We cannot recommend enough to all looking for the perfect getaway and looking forward to our next visit'.

Having completed the route 500 using hotels booked by an agency we decided to add a couple of nights to see Falkirk Wheel and Stirling Castle. We found Easter Glentore by sticking a pin in the map and hoping for the best. It WAS the best. We were welcomed into a beautiful home by a lovely couple and the visit rounded off our tour perfectly. We were welcomed with a 'cup of tea and a wad' and then perfectly looked after. Breakfast being straight from the kitchen was the best we had during the whole tour which included some expensive hotels. It was the perfect finish to our holiday and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Elsie and Alastair were perfect host. The B&B was warm and cozy and in a great location between Glasgow and Edinburgh. The accommodations were clean, comfy and breakfast was delicious. I look forward to staying at Easter Glentore again.

4 nights with superb hospitality, an excellent room and first class amenities, delicious breakfasts and supplementary homemade shortbread, scones and more. Our hosts have lived most of their lives there and can tell you so much about the area and its history, and both are members of the oldest curling club in the world!! As previous reviews, highly recommended.

We have stayed in both the B&B rooms and Acorn Cottage and would very highly recommend both. Elsie and Alastair are superb hosts and your every need is attended to. The standard of accommodation is very high indeed and Elsie is a lovely cook and baker, especially the shortbread which our family devoured with great relish. We will certainly be back for more. This is our third stay at Easter Glentore, and as always a lovely welcome was waiting for us. Very comfortable ground floor room. En-suite facilities. Tea making facilities and small fridge. Excellent breakfast as always. Thank you Elsie and Alastair.||We also fitted in a trip to The Kelpies which is a short distance away.

I am writing this on behalf of my parents who stayed last week and so impressed asked me to post this review which was dictated ...||This was an excellent experience from the moment the door was opened we were welcomed with true Scottish hospitality, every thought and detail for guests comfort was provided. The home baking is absolutely delicious especially the paradise cake.||We look forward to revisiting ..
