What a very welcoming group this is! We've just been on a weekend event at Ferrygate Camping organised by Oli and Matt and we had a great time. This was our first social but definitely not the last. All the communication before the event was efficient and supportive for first timers. On arrival we were welcomed and included by everyone so although I felt a little nervous meeting everyone for the first time I had no need to be. Oli made sure our paddle on Saturday morning was safe and reassured us that whatever our ability, no one would be 'left behind'. Paddling with approximately 35 people was such a great experience and everyone chatted along the way. we all stopped for lunch and set off back to camp together too. In the evening we sat around the campfire chatting and enjoying music. If you've thought about joining then definitely don't hesitate! Many thanks to Oli and Matt for a great weekend.

Our first trip with them and it was an amazing weekend organised by Oli and the East of England Paddlesports team. They'd chosen a great campsite as a base, everyone was really friendly and our trip to the dudley caverns and canals was amazing. No one was left behind on their own, the team were on hand at all times making sure everyone was safe and happy. Communial curry back at the campsite and laughs into the evening.
We will definitely be booking onto future trips. Thanks for a great experience.

Just back from a fantastic 4 day action packed & fun trip to Llangollen in Wales with the EoEPS group. Around 40 of us in kayaks and on SUPS spent a jammed packed 4 days paddling the canal across the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct first day, then we ran the River Dee on "River Bugs" (personal rafts) which was awesome, then some went zip lining, others white water kayaking, I went on a 12 mile hike in the beautiful Llangollen area and finally on the last day we walked up Snowdon and paddled on the beautiful Lyn Padarn in Llanberis - all fantastically organised by Oli Jordan and Andy Large of EoPS. The EoEPS group are such a friendly, fun bunch of like minded people guided by the brilliant Oli and Andy who both work so hard to try to ensure everyone gets the most out of their trip away. Their caring and helpful attitude towards each and every one of the group to ensure everyone gets the most out of their trip is commendable and I'd thoroughly recommend the EoEPS group for trips away, social events and for learning Paddlesports by the qualified team they have. Already looking forward to the next trip as they are such a fun bunch to be with

I have just come back from my first getaway with EOEPS and I had such a fabulous time. I can’t recommend this group enough. Oli and his team worked incredibly hard to make the trip a success despite the weather. The group were very friendly and welcoming - I am looking forward to the next event!

I've just got back from a very enjoyable 4 day event with these guys in North Wales. Despite the damp weather we had a blast! I don't know how they do it !
Day 1: 40 of us went paddling on the Llangollen Canal over the Chirk & Ponticysyllte Aqueducts.
Day 2: Riverbugs on the Dee from Horseshoe Falls down to Llangollen town.
Day 3: White Water Kayaking another 9miles on the R. Dee.
Day 4: Walked up & down Snowden AND went paddling on Llyn Padarn !
I have to say Oli, Andy and their merry gang of followers are a great bunch and I'm really looking forward to joining them on another one of their events.
Congrats Oli, you should be very proud of yourself.

Oli's attention to safety, his demonstration and explanation of manoeuvres, and his emphasis on why certain things are important made me feel confidence in him right from the start. I am 71 years old and after 2 hours with Oli, I was paddle boarding with the confidence to go and hire a board for an hour or two at a lake near where I live. I only fell into the water, without meaning to, once but Oli's instruction and the practicing we did early on, meant that I quickly recovered, got back onboard, stood up and continued.
Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Oli as an instructor for all paddle spots.

Had a fantastic weekend trip to Dudley Canals paddle boarding organised by East of England Paddle Sports. The organisers were fantastic, helpful and had our safety as their priority. If you want to go and enjoy the water but don’t fancy going alone then this group is for you. A very inclusive ethos which makes people feel at ease no matter what ability they are at.
