I was a customer for 24 years, had to ring regarding renewal only for the "lady" who answered the phone to ask, "And what do you want me to do"? Fortunately I've never had to contact them about anything serious but the few times I have dealt with this woman I've found her to be very ignorant.

Long standing customer with last years car insurance £325 but this year quoted £639. Same car only a year older and its only a 2013 model. Went online got insurance for £407 same cover. Shop around people.
