Very disappointed service from this firm. Booked a return trip to Manchester airport. They picked us albeit late as they couldn’t find us.!! On our return it was agreed one of their drivers will meet us with our names on a little board. Unfortunately no one was there, my wife walked up and down to search the driver for over an hour. Tried to ring them , the phone wouldn’t accept voicemail.
We eventually took a black cab home.
On Monday we finally talked to a human being all they said we’ll investigate 😩😩
Extremely disappointed and we’ll never used them !

Fantastic service used them for going back to our hotel after a wedding .. arrived on time.
Used them the next day to go back to the wedding venue for our car. Again arrived on time... Very pleasant and friendly drivers clean cars, would use them every time when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this taxi company. My mother in law has been going to Preston Royal hospital every day to visit her husband who is sadly dying from cancer. This Taxi company have been absolutely amazing with her. Especially today when she left her phone in the taxi. I really can't thank or praise the company enough
