I am thoroughly impressed with the service from DX Express! My recent delivery was handled perfectly. The driver followed my instructions precisely, leaving the parcel securely in the safe place I'd specified both on the website and clearly marked on my door. This attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the delivery times provided were incredibly clear and accurate.

Absolutely useless company. When I got my tracking number first time I put in to take to my neighbour. I'm working full time .They tried to delivering 3 times but the driver never went to my neighbour. I chat with someone on live chat she said she would leave a message for the driver to take to my neighbour. Never did . I can clearly see on the CCTV he just came to my door with the leaflet then drove off. Not even tried to drop off to my neighbour.

They made my 50 punds carpet dissapear. They marked it as left with a neighbour, A Smith, it isn't even my neighbour's name. When i asked the neighbour he said he declined the parcel. When i called them they didn't even offer to ask the courier about it, they just said it's not their business anymore. Very unprofessional. Now i am left without 50 pounds, and without my rug.

Disgraceful company. Consider the seller I used chose them as a "Specialist Courier" they didn't show up on the specified day, despite being on the next street on the live tracker. No communication, no updates provided. Wife's 40th Birthday ruined because of these incompetent lot. Reached out for an update and received nothing, will absolutely avoid and be taking this further with the item supplier to ensure they lose this contract.

Useless service just had my delivery that was 3 days late and there's a box missing! Tracking page and email says it was delivered exactly! That's a lie, previously I've left a review about their service and they claimed best way to contact is live chat!! I just tried that and all it suggests is using the tracking page or contact the seller, the same tracking page that's lied to me time and time again, this is his response if deviate from help pages/generic advice/ask for a human... "Unfortunately I didn't get that. Please use the buttons below 😀" absolutely useless!

1 star is too much. Ordered an item from Wickes for a Friday delivery so I could get the garden sorted for the kids over the weekend. Sunday still not arrived with no messages as to why. Contacted wickes to cancel order. Joke of a delivery company.

Say they will deliver at a set time window and you track them on the website and when they are near your address you get an unable to deliver your item because you are not in. Happened 3 times so far this week and yesterday I was on my drive looking out for them and still got a message saying I wasn't in. Unable to speak to anyone and no one has responded to my online enquires. Today I am still waiting for my item that should have been delivered 4 days ago and no tracking data available again. I can't afford to keep taking time off work to be completely led down again by this joke of a company. Any suppliers reading this DON'T USE DX as their rubbish service will damage your business.NOT EVEN WORTH 1STAR

Update: the best way isn't the live chat all that advises is to contact sender or use their website not very useful!! Why don't you just deliver parcels as promised timescales...been this way with these for years! Added photo of the crazy journey my parcel been so far, also DX split consignment even though they was sent together, which made the updates weird as per 2nd half review...

Tracking never upto date for customer/person expecting item, yesterday said waiting to go out for delivery, website admin had same time update yet on there end it said its wrong depot? Why lie to customers, they do it all the time here, shouldn't advertise as next day as it always take a few days, go on tracking now still says waiting to go out for delivery and date 31st December Sent email to them no reply!, I'm not going on live chat just don't lie to people!!
