We have just finished our first year letting our holiday cottage through Durrants and we couldn’t be happier!
The team have been with us every step of the way giving advise and making sure everything runs smoothly. One of the biggest advantages is that a member of the team is always on hand to deal promptly with queries from guests and they have a really good ‘support team’ of local plumbers, electricians and builders if a problem does occur.
We will certainly be continuing to let Durrants handle the letting and running of our property.

Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

Soooooo rude, I wanted to book a short stay no wonder places I have stayed before have taken there properties off with them. The staff used to be really friendly wow it’s changed. From the 1st few seconds the lady was rude and couldn’t be bothered. So I’ll give me money to someone else 🤬

Holiday accommodation brilliant.trying to get your deposit back is a nightmare.This is the second year my daughter as used this company.last year she had to email and phone before they returned her deposit.This year we left 18th April it is now may 22 and after unanswered e mails and several phone calls money as still not been returned.so be warned.
