We have used Durden and Hunt a number of times. Alex Durden is always amazing and contactable, very honest about the market and will guide you to make the right decision whether its to rent or buy/sell. James Gibbons sold our house in Dunmow and got the right price and went above and beyond to get people in the door to view the property. There is no job too big or too small! Highly recommend Durden and Hunt. Very friendly, happy team.

Had a great experience with Durden and Hunt. James Gibbon is who I dealt with for the sale of my house, James managed to sell my house very quickly and dealt with all viewings and any correspondence for me, he also chased solicitors and helped me right up to the finish line! James Gibbon from the Ongar office was recommended to us by friends who said to us, if anyone can sell your house James can and they were not wrong! We had accepted an offer within 2 weeks, everything about our experience with James was seamless and so easy. After James had done his work he passed our file over to Amanda who was just as brilliant and helpful. First of all we would love to say a massive thank you personally to Amanda, she had supported us from the moment she made contact.as fist time buyers it was daunting with the amount of paperwork and emailing to get things in place but she took everything one step at a time and explained in detail.

we was unfortunately recommended a terrible solicitor but she was constantly keeping us updated, working outside of what she needed to do and went above and beyond to make sure all parties in the chain were kept calm and things were progressing.

Amanda and James (agent) managed to get us exchanged in the nick of time with no dramas at all and explained anything we didn't understand when solicitors were unreachable.

not a bad word to say in all and would recommend sticking with these guys to the end as they will look after you.
