Torquay trip, John the driver is a great asset to your company. Well presented, funny guy.
Great taste in music too.
The only downside, the trip to Brixham. Not long enough to see the variety of shops and enjoy the fishing harbours catch of the day.

Just had a lovely five days in Bournemouth with Dunwood. Arrived early afternoon which was lovely. Kieran the driver was great and couldn't do enough for you, making tea and coffee and providing refreshments for us all. Very informative and funny.. The food was lovely at the hotel and we slept soundly. The room was a bit tired but it was comfortable and a decent size with a sea view. Looking forward to going again with Dunwood soon.

Was meant too go on day trip but coached left early was told everyone had a call and txt for new departure time. During summer same kinda thing happened ppl had letters explaining all details of day and plans and more then half didn't. Even coach driver was like not surprised half us didn't get plans pr letters. He joked around with it trying brush it off.
Also let ppl book online it's a simple thing. If ppl.want certain seats maybe charge little.extra too. Won't be using shall save my money and go else wher.

My parents who are in their 80s went on a weekend trip to Southport with Dunwoods . They stayed at The Prince of Wales hotel. They were incredibly disappointed . They had to take their own luggage to their room . The lifts didn’t work properly but that was nothing to what they had to put up with regarding their room. It stank to high heaven! They complained to the hotel staff who just sprayed the room. The furniture had holes in the bathroom sink had a crack in. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly.The bed wasn’t comfy. But it was the smell of the room which they think came from the bathroom .
The food was awful
The hotel wouldn’t change their room.
My poor mum was poorly Saturday and the Sunday .
On reading reviews of this hotel there are a lot of complaints about smelly rooms and how tired the hotel looks.
Don’t Dunwood check these places before going on trips?
My parents paid for a nice weekend break yet it turned out to be hell!

I had a holiday booked through Dunwood for a Monday to Friday break at Potters in June, which due to Covid19 was cancelled. I would like to thank the Dunwood staff for their assistance in re-booking
In particular, I would like to commend Liam (Nuneaton office?) for his diligence in arranging an alternative booking for me.
I look forward to my new holiday date of 7 September 2020.

Good trip value for money. Driver very knowledgeable and accommodating. Hotel good with excellent food. Rushed on way back resulting in driver being out of ours before final drop off but husband came to pick me up to avoid waiting around for 30 minutes.
