The website for buying tickets in pretty bad. I have aoften called the box office to book tickets. The ladies have always been lovely and helpful, sorting my requests quickly and accurately making seating recommendations also which has been appreciated. Great service.

My daughter booked tickets for a show and unfortunately I booked tickets for the same show on the same night. Spoke with the box office to see if they could refund or offer a voucher and they refused. Even Ticketmaster allows you to change. Ended up costing us £150 for 2 tickets for the show 🙁 I love going to events at the Caird Hall but I struggle to accept their inflexibility

This is not the way to run a business !!.You cannot order tickets onine unless you have a PayPal account. . The website says it's open when it's not. This is the 3rd time I've been down to find it shut when it says it's open on the website. Disgraceful.
