Booked an appointment couple months in advance, sitting in lane 5 for over 30mins (early 15mins)for people at the back of the row to drive in front and get there car done first because they're friends with the staff?
I'm sorry but as horrible as the wait list is for a MOT, cutting line for a MOT is sad. Some people got here early as it says on email and have jobs to get too.

A very quick and efficient service. The only downside is that you have to wait the 15 minutes for your car, as it goes through MOT, outside. There is a roof covering to protect you from the rain but you are outside so bring a warm coat. Very, very cold here in autumn and winter.
