I was in one of there taxis on Friday and someone hit us was no fault of the taxi driver my partner has whiplash and soft tissue damage tryed to ring taxi company today to speak to the driver to get some details to be told that I am a lier I will never use these again as I have spoke to two women today and both had an attitude with me

Ordered my Drive taxi on line and it arrived 2 mins.before the requested time, allowing me enough time to lock up and get in the taxi. He was a very pleasant man and the car was spotless inside and out. I had a very pleasant and incident free journey to Castle Hill Hospital and I thought the charge was very reasonable. I asked to sit at the front of the vehicle as I have trouble getting in the back of cars, which was no problem at all.
I had a similar journey home after my appointment and the same car came. I had a very enjoyable journey both ways and would be very happy to recommend the service they offer.

Great polite driver.thankyou.that was the first driver.asset to the company.
The driver that then picked me up from excel chemist and he knew I was in there cos I waved to let him know.he then a couple of minutes later he came to the chemist door telling me to hurry up and I had 2 minutes to get to the taxi.this guy is a joke and shouldn't be driving taxis and vulnerable ppl about.needs to slow down also and get some manners.he said he wasn't busy either.sausage.

3 May 2025 the taxi that arrived at 8.40am a lady. Was polite and friendly. The man at 1150am was not as pleasant. The gentleman talking the booking was very pleasant.

Whilst my car was in for a mechanical repair I used Drive taxis for a week.
Including receptionists and drivers, all have been spot on for every journey, not late once and each driver was professional and assisted if necessary.

These guys are great. I have limited mobility and they have always provided a suitable car with greater access. The keypad booking is very simple combined with an option to speak to a person instead. You get a text saying car on the way with make and reg. They are usually punctual. Highly recommended.
