What a shambles. On an important family occasion, the car did not arrive. Told a few more mins. Lie. Told again. Another lie. Spoke to controller, stern but polite with her, she hung up on me. I complained to Drive, took three efforts to get a reply. They listened to recording and agreed I was not out of line, offered nothing more than empty words apology. I used to work in this industry and I'd be mortified if my clients were treated this way. Avoid Drive. I have used their competition since and they have been perfect.

I've stopped using Drive. Last journey the driver phone didn't work. Had no local knowledge and tried to keep my mother in the car whilst he rang the office to check the price on her own at the end of the trip even though we told him repeatedly what it usually was. We had being doing repeat hospital journeys so knew the cost £15. Genuinely did not feel safe or comfortable and after the stress of a loved one in hospital you do not need this travelling home

My driver today was exceptional.
I'd had a back experience prior to get in his car. I was all over the place, couldn't think straight & was on the verge of tear.
He showed compassion & spoke to me the entire journey. He even showed concern for the amount of traffic & diversion because of an accident.
A credit to Drive.

Great service , booking process was quick and soon after booking received a payment link . And for advanced booking, they send you updates about how far the driver is from your pickup location few minutes before the pickup time.
The driver was professional and dropped us safely .

When we had booked another local taxi service to take us to catch a train to an important appointment & they failed to show at the allotted time….DHTS saved the day within minutes. Amazing customer service from the dispatch team and Wayne our driver brilliant! 10 stars if I could… thanks guys!

He was on time but didn't like that he had to wait to bring me back as we were there early...... Plus on the journey back he was chatting, laughing and shouting on the phone with someone xx

Pre booked a taxi a week before even checked that they had the booking down right it was booked for the 1st April 6.40am to take me and a friend to hull interchange for our holiday. 6.45am had no notification and no taxi we rang up and the telephonist said they had no taxi for us. We panicked and explained we were going to hull interchange for holiday which when had said when we pre booked the taxi. Myself and my friend started to walk to town and rang back half way into town to see if we could get one urgently at a place on way to town the telephonist was not helpful at all. Lucky enough the travel company we was booked on holiday with rang me as we were late and they waited for us other wise we would of missed our holiday. I think the service from the taxi company is disgusting considering we had pre booked and said we were going on holiday. We received a notification at 7.23am saying a taxi was out side my property which was to late to get us to the coach terminal. DONT TRUST YOUR TAXI WILL ARRIVE ON TIME OR AT ALL.
