Just got home from a week on DL3 between 8 of us we had 65+ fish was a mega week biggest going 51lb carp wise (a 50 cat come out too), cats were a bit of a pain but didn't phase us boys as had multiple decent carp too! Neil is a legend great fella good laughs, dealt very well with a few members of our gang #cough cough. Overall everyone was pleasant and helpful. Look forward to coming back!

So I was looking forward to coming here for over 6 month after hearing such good things about the place by a good friend of mine that has been fishing here for 20 years. 5 of us went to fish moronies for 7 days we was told that it’s weedy in places but upon turning up we could see it was unfishable !!! One of our lads asked to be moved straight away which they did put him on another lake to be fare but when I asked the next day they said I couldn’t move. The weeds was that bad one of our party got stuck in the boat at night in a massive bed of weeds his boat packed in on him and was stranded for nearly a hour. The bailiffs even said it was massively over weeded but there’s nothing they can do. Anything big we hooked into we lost in the weeds or lost when we went out in the boat due to the weed again. After speaking to the lady who answers the phone she was extremely rude and hung up the phone which just goes to show they don’t care what so ever about who’s fishing as long as there pulling in money !!!!! Please please think twice about going here the trip is not cheap what so ever and you will be highly disappointed !!!!!

My partner fished lake 2 and was taken out by another anglers line. The angler had moved pegs 4 times while he was there then left his rods to go have a drink with the bailiffs on the last night and missed a fish taking two anglers rods out. He finally come back 25 min later moaning about his rods being a mess. My partner was very disappointed with him not just moving constantly next to people who are catching but to then leave there rods to go get drunk ?

This place has definitely got the right name because it does make dreams come true.
I had an excellent week here and got a new pb with a stunning 48lb 5 grass carp.
The staff are amazing and always at hand to offer advice and help out along the way.
The food is also amazing with the staff dropping beer and food direct to you peg.
I would highly recommend dream lakes to any angler who wants to have the trip of there dreams
